【元町】Kobe Eiko Church (United Church of Christ) 日本キリスト教団 神戸栄光教会
I left the Cathedral Church of St. Michael eastward to walk to another church.
In 1886, about 2 decades after the Meiji Restoration, Kobe Methodist Church was founded. In 1907, 3 Methodist denominations in Japan united, and the church changed its name. As the number of the church members increased, the church moved to the present place in 1923. It was known as a red brick church. In 1941, United Church of Christ in Japan was established, and the church changed its name again to Kobe Eiko Church in 1942. In 1995, the church building collapsed in the Great Hanshin Earthquake, and was reconstructed in 2004, retaining its appearance as a red brick church.
At the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate Era, the Kobe Port was opened to the outside world in 1867. Since then, Kobe has had various colonies to have various shrines and temples of different religions. If you want to visit those shrines and temples, you should either start from Sannomiya Station, visit the Cathedral Church of St. Michael first, and move counterclockwise, or should start from Hanakuma Station, visit Guandi Miao first, and go clockwise. I started from Hanakuma, walked up the hill, and visited Guandi Miao, the Cathedral Church of St. Michael (the Anglican Communion), Kobe Eiko Church (United Church of Christ), Kobe Muslim Mosque (Islam), Jewish Community of Kansai (Judaism Synagogue), Bhagwan Mahavirswami Jain Temple (Jainism Temple), Kobe Baptist Church, Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, and Dormition Orthodox Church in Kobe (Greek Orthodox Church or Eastern Orthodoxy).

316. The Building Was Destroyed But Not the Church
The St. James United Methodist Church building was completely destroyed in the tornado that hit Joplin two years ago. After meeting in several different places since the tornado they are now back worshiping on their property. Rev. Thomas Freeman, quite rightly said, we lost the building but not the church. The Church is back and in a new church building that is as up-to-date as they get. Rev. Freeman gave us a tour for this MissionCast and what we saw was very impressive and inspiring.
Buddhist Temple Massacre
By declining to hear the case, the U.S. Supreme Court lets-stand a lower court decision to toss out the confession of a man convicted of killing nine people at a Buddhist temple in the west Valley. ASU Law professor Gary Stuart, who authored a book about coerced confessions of early suspects in Buddhist Temple murders, comments the case.

The BBC's Alastair Leithead reports on the US's first women-only 'mosque' in Los Angeles. The Women's Mosque of America in Los Angeles holds prayers in a building that used to be a synagogue, but is now a multi-faith space. Founder Hasna Maznavi told the BBC the intention was not to compete with other mosques, but to give women a place where they can grow inspired and empowered.

1Corn.2v1-16:- Christ and our Father God is known to the twice-born people of spirit and not the once-born natural men.
Hi Brethren,
Daily Bible Reading from BibleStudyTools.com
July 14, 2013 - English Standard Version
1 Corinthians 2:1-16
Proclaiming Christ Crucified. This represent the spiritual Darkness that the Messianic Jews had created. Light came among his own and they loved Darkness to Light. Christ = His Word and Jesus was the name of flesh that was born and crucified.
1 And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. 2 For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus, the Christ and him, the Jesus and not Christ crucified. 3 And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling, 4 and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.
Wisdom from the Spirit
6 Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. 7 But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. 8 None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified our Elder Brother Jesus and not the Lord as Lords have slaves of glory. 9 But, as it is written, What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him-- 10 these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. 11 For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, which is common sense but the Spirit, extra ordinary Sense who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. 13 And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but Preached and not taught as letters by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. 14 The natural once-born person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15 The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one but his own spirit. 16 For who has understood the mind of our Father and not the Lord Yahweh so as to instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ called Satguru in Punjabi.
In Jesus, we have been moved from the brick-built Synagogues made by human hands for the Rabbi, a Priest of Moses or teacher of the moral laws, to the Temple of God made by Nature where the Christ, our Royal Priest greater than John, the Baptist, Prophet Elijah, called Innerman is sitting in your heart that leads your life to Salvation through Preaching Gospel. Thus, with Christ in our hearts, we are solitary capable of entering into the Vineyard of our Father where the True Vine Christ Jesus is Planted by our Father. This Vineyard has a Narrow Gate for the solitary and through grace you find this Gate. In Jesus, we have Fellowship of Royal Priests and those who employ Hireling Dog-Collared Priests in Moses are Anti-Christs annulling the Sacrifice of Jesus as the Lamb of God.
