Daily 5PM Bells in Shibaura neighborhood of Tokyo
A few seconds in you'll hear the daily 5PM bells, also called goji no chaimu (the 5 p.m. bell), shichōson bōsai gyōsei musen hōsō (local government disaster administration wireless broadcast), or bōsai musen (disaster wireless).
This is a daily test of the disaster broadcast system that was introduced into Japan over 50 years ago.

It was an emotional experience observing the atomic bomb dome and museum. After visiting the peace memorial park and museum I headed for Hiroshima's Castle.

In this video we’ll show you Aomoriya Park (青森屋 公園), Aomori.
In the vast plot, many must-see places are ready to welcome you, including a former residence of Shibusawa, which has been registered as one of the Tangible Cultural Properties, and Nanbu Magariya (an L-shaped house with a stable block attached) characteristic of a horse breeding area.
Stroll around the gardens, admiring the scenery that changes from season to season.
※This park can only be used by people staying at Aomoriya.

Atsugi Catholic Church Filipino Community Christmas Party - Japan! Japan! #41
The church choir sang a classic Filipino Christmas song, Ang Pasko ay Sumapit. Here's my rough translation of the lyrics:
Christmas has come.
Let us all be a-singing
beautiful melodies,
for God is love.
When Christ was born,
there were 3 kings who visited,
and each one of them
offered their own gifts.
The new year means a change for a better life
so that our society becomes more joyful.
Let's work hard so that we can achieve abundance.
Let us sing
while the world is still.
The day has come
with the child from heaven.
Let us love each other,
and follow the Golden Rule.
And, from now on,
even when it's not Christmas, let us be giving.
Even when it's not Christmas, let us be giving.
Merry Christmas, everyone!

Tokyo, Japan
8 December 2013
St. Ignatius Church is one of the largest Catholic churches in Tokyo. It offers Eucharistic Mass in different languages including English, Vietnamese, Polish, Indonesian and Spanish. Most of the Filipinos who are living in Tokyo are attending Sunday mass here. Outside the church, there are Pinoys who sell Filipino food such as lugaw (congee), banana cue (banana on stick), viands like menudo, adobo, mechado and fish, and rice cakes. It is where the Filipinos here usually gather during Sundays.
