Koh Larn!
Also known to be spelled as Koh Lan, Koh Lahn, Koh Laan, etc. It is the closest island destination to both Bangkok and Pattaya. Just a 40 minute ferry ride from Pattaya City, many people just go as a day trip and leave the island in the evening. I say it is much better to spend at least 1 night on the island so you can see all of what it has to offer.
In this guide I tell you how to get to Koh Larn and how to get around. I also show you all the beaches that are accessible, both popular and not so well known. I also show some of the great food options the island offers.

Koh Lan island is located about 1 hour by ferry from Pattaya.
The ferry fee is about 100B round trip.
Price varies depending on the arriving beach.
The beauty of the white beaches on the island and the blue sea is very wonderful.
If you want to spend a day relaxing it is a recommended place.

It was a nice trip to Koh Lan. The coral water was crystal clear. Boat trips with beautiful views of Pattaya. The beach was very busy, As it was worth to do a day trip.

Koh Lan is a beautiful island around 7 kms or 45 minutes boat ride from Pattaya in Thailand. This Island is known as Coral Island and tour to this island is called a Corla Island Trip in Pattaya. This beautiful island is a hilly area surrounded with beautiful beaches from all the sides. The entire island is connected with well maintained roads and local transport. Sea Walk or Under Water Walk is a great experience one should not miss during their trip to Coral Island. This excursion is done by experienced and trained locals inside the sea away from the beach. The excursion is done under a big boat which remains equipped with all the required equipment, oxygen and safety measures. The guides will transfer you to the big boat by speed boats. You can also hire a under water camera from them or get your video made by them. Enjoy this excursion when you are travelling to Pattaya.

KO LAN (Koh Larn) - Coral Island
Coral Island is the largest of the islands which can be reached from Bali Hai Pier and is the only one with a resident population. There are a few small hotels, both in the village around the main pier - Na Ban - and around the larger of the island’s beaches. There are six main beaches: Samae, Tien and Tawaen beaches all have accommodation options while Naul, Tonglang and Tayaiy beaches have at least one restaurant, jet ski hire, banana boat rides and more. While snorkelling is possible and the corals are nice, the large amount of boat traffic means you need to keep your wits about you.
KO KHAM (Koh Khram)
The fact that the large Koh Khram is arguably one of the most beautiful Pattaya islands only makes it a greater pity that it is owned by the Royal Thai Navy and is therefore largely off limits. The boat charter services from Ocean Marina Yacht Club sometimes make a short stop on the pristine beaches, but staying for any longer than an hour is generally impossible. The fact that there is literally nothing on the island makes it a real Robinson Crusoe experience.

Geoff & Dave have a trip out to Koh Lan from Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya using the public ferry boat and find a right Gem of a beach ! Shhhhhhhh !!!
keep it to yourselves ????? this will show you the busy beach, and the quite nice tranquil beach. so give it a go ! Koh Larn is very popular in high season, so its best to leave early from Bali hai pier in Pattaya, its situated at the bottom end of walking street. Near to the massive Pattaya sign that lights up at night. The main beach gets over crowded by 11 am, but in this video we show you how to get to Monkey Beach, for a bit of peace and quiet. Nice food and drinks also available, and a nice calm sea that's nice and warm.
Koh Lan is not far from Pattaya Bali Hai pier, and ferry boats run there regularly through out the day.

10 Minutes to Paradise Koh Larn Day & Night
In this vlog we visit 3 beaches on Koh Larn which includes Taya & Monkey Beach plus the very busy day tripper beach but we didn't stay there for long. I also show you around our hotel which is kinda out the way but it's cheap at 900 baht plus 280 baht for motorbike hire that includes petrol. In the evening we eat Thai food and go to a very busy bar with lives music.
This is the 2nd of a 3 part series I've made on Koh Larn, but there is so much to do I couldn't possibly cover everywhere in 3 days.

Ko Lan is a small thai island off the coast of Pattaya, in the Gulf of Thailand. It’s known for its beaches, set against a backdrop of wooded hills. In the north, Ta Waen Beach is dotted with restaurants and shops. A large, stingray-shaped building dominates Samae Beach’s north end. The beach is famed for its clear water and sunset views. Small monkeys inhabit the hills around coral-ringed Nual Beach, in the south.

Welcome Back to my Channel. In this video we would be exploring the Koh Larn Island in Pattaya, perhaps many call it also as the Coral Island. I took off early in the morning from Pattaya City Bali Hai Pier, which is a walkable distant from the Walking Street Area. I preferred to take the Jet as I was already late and reach the place faster so after much bargaining I paid 200 Bahts for a one way trip to the Koh Larn Island. This island has multiple beaches and have it own charm and beauty. But there are few hidden places also to explore in this island to get once of the best views of the place. and also went to their local town where resident lives there and tried out there local food.
Advise : Don't forget to take your SunTan Lotions/Cream - you are bound to get Tan if you are not well protected. Well Guys you need to see this video to understand the place and experience I had.

Mistakenly, we reached to Nual Beach of Coral Island instead of Tawean beach. Tawean beach is a very popular beach of a Coral Island but something happens just for good because this beach is far better than Tawean beach. You can do all the water sport activities like jetski, snorkeling, speed boat ride, etc., and due to less popularity, this beach is very neat and clean and you can relax and enjoy yourself with your family for long.
