This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful campgrounds in Northern Minnesota. This is my go to campground when I need to be nestled into nature. The campsites are well kept and there is a general store for all your needs about 5 minutes away. The northern night sky is breath taking especially when the northern lights are dancing. Woodenfrog is a pet friendly campground. Highly recommend camping here. Rates are about $14 a night

Camp 46 Winter Ski Version: Lake Kabetogama
Twice per year, John Reamer and Brett Storrar invite friends to experience Camp 46 in Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota. A concept, not a place, Camp 46 immerses participants in nature and camaraderie for multi-day adventures in the wilderness designed to offer new experiences, explore personal frontiers and open doors for meaningful conversation outside the realm of every day life. Participants are only invited once and each expedition is an unique adventure.
In March of 2018, we were lucky enough to be the invited friend for their ski adventure around Lake Kabetogama. It wasn't easy to keep up with these guys on skis, but we did end up with this video as the result. Enjoy! #optoutside

Some more fun action this past week on a few of my favorite lakes. Got a bunch of Pike action but failed at getting any Walleye, although I have heard of some good bites on Lake Minnetonka this past week. More videos coming and ice fishing is just around the corner, stay tuned!
