Exploring the St. Marys Submarine Museum near Kings Bay Naval Base
Next time you traveling down I-95 on your way to Florida, take a break and jump off the highway and visit Saint Marys, Georiga and the Submarine Museum. Nearby is the US Navy's Kings Bay Submarine Base. However, the museum is not the only reason to visit this beautiful waterfront town. It is stunning! Grab a lunch and then stroll the area! You won't regret it.

Lake Park Review - Tampa, Florida
Took the bike down to a local park near my house called Lake Park in Tampa, Florida. Pretty cool state park with a lot of community traffic. The park was littered with lakes, wildlife, and people enjoying their weekends. There is fishing, hiking, canoeing, a bmx track, rc car track, barrel racing track, and much more. Go to the Hillsborough county website and browse their state parks to find out more about Lake Park.

I have been the first time home seller and second time home buyer. I have been a buyer looking for a out of state vacation home that can turn into more.
