This is the most expensive of all the clubs that were built in the modern age, and I would assume, anything that was built in the past. But we're not commenting beyond that on the actual number.

10. SOUNDBITE (English), Theo Epstein, President of Baseball Operations:
The approach the organization took, what the Ricketts wanted to do was to honor the past, and you see touches of Cubs history with the history boxes and the pictures on the wall, while moving forward, so be respectful and appreciative to the past but continue to move forward. That's what this new clubhouse represents.
11. Various shots of case in hallway that shows Cubs items from over the years
12. SOUNDBITE (English), Theo Epstein, President of Baseball Operations:
It was a great collaboration and our players are thrilled, and that does create trust and the type of dynamic that you want in a healthy organization.

STORYLINE:
The Chicago Cubs are looking good. And with a spiffy new clubhouse, so is their beloved ballpark. Players gave their fancy digs glowing reviews before Monday's home opener against the Cincinnati Reds, the latest addition in the transformation of Wrigley Field.
Media toured the new clubhouse on Tuesday.
The 102-year-old ballpark is in the middle of a multi-year transformation designed to bring it into the 21st century and make it a viable home for years to come.
The new clubhouse is among the most spacious and modern in the majors, a sharp contrast from the Cubs' old cramped quarters.
With everything from TVs and couches to strength and conditioning as well as training facilities, the new clubhouse sure is an eye-opener. There's even mood lighting and a party room for those postgame celebrations after wins.
The circular design of the locker room encourages interaction among players. And they won't have to worry about bumping into each other — or members of the media — any more.
At 30,000 square feet, the Cubs' clubhouse is second only to the New York Yankees', and it's nearly triple the size of their cramped old one underneath the left-field seats.

WRIGLEY FIELD - WikiVidi Documentary
Wrigley Field is a baseball park located on the North Side of Chicago, Illinois. It is the home of the Chicago Cubs, one of the city's two Major League Baseball franchises. It first opened in 1914 as Weeghman Park for Charles Weeghman's Chicago Whales of the Federal League, which folded after the 1915 baseball season. The Cubs played their first home game at the park on April 20, 1916, defeating the Cincinnati Reds with a score of 7–6 in 11 innings. Chewing gum magnate William Wrigley Jr. of the Wrigley Company acquired complete control of the Cubs in 1921. It was named Cubs Park from 1920 to 1926, before being renamed Wrigley Field in 1927. Clemente Memories 1994-1997
I attended Clemente High School in Chicago 10th - 12th grade and was very active in the Radio/TV department. From my work in Radio/TV I amassed a collection of footage that I have been carrying around for almost 20 years. High school was not very fun for me for many typical and obvious reasons. But it is in this footage that I find joy in the memories.
This year, I've lost 3 classmates, all of them my same age. None of them died of violently, either. It's important that we treasure each life event, good or bad. If my time comes and I pass away, I want to be remembered as a good person who always tried to do good and help others. Here is a snipped of my youth, that was shared with my classmates.
I hope you enjoy it.
