Lowell Spinners vs. State College Spikes, LeLaucher Park - Lowell, MA
Last night, Boy Scout Troop 409 had a great summer event in which the Troop (and my parents) got to see the Lowell Spinners (For me, I got to see them once again). This time, the Spinners face off against the State College Spikes (They are the Single-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. They are also from State College, PA (One of my YouTube friends has been there because he has a video of his visit there if you want to check it out)). Of course, this game was also like the Single-A version of the MLB's very first World Series (Which was held way back in 1903 between the Red Sox and the Pirates (The Red Sox won the series)), except that there were no Royal Rooters singing Tessie and nobody dressed up as the late Michael Nuff Said McGreevey (Who created the Royal Rooters) for this game. But anyways, the Spinners won this game by final score of 2-1. Anyways, enjoy some footage of the game.

Lowell Spinners Game, LeLaucher Park - Lowell, MA
After we picked dad up at the Lowell MBTA Commuter Rail station, all three of us then went over to Edward A. LeLaucher Park because we all had tickets to last night's Lowell Spinners baseball game (The Spinners are the Single-A affiliate of our beloved Boston Red Sox). The Spinners played against the Batavia Muckdogs (Single-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. That team is also from Batavia, NY which is in Western New York State) in which the Spinners ended up losing the game 7-2. Besides, there were also mascots of Mario, Lugi, Bowser, and Scooby-Doo there as well (That's because young kids attended the game with their parents as well). Anyways, enjoy the video!

Stoklosa Alumni Field is a baseball field in Lowell, Massachusetts, United States. It was rebuilt in 1996 as a temporary home of the Lowell Spinners. The Spinners played at the field for the 1996 and 1997 seasons before moving to Edward A. LeLacheur Park on UMass Lowell's east campus. The field was also home to the Lowell All-Americans of the New England Collegiate Baseball League between 2000 and 2010. Following the 2010 season, the franchise moved to Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
The venue is currently used by the Lowell High School varsity baseball team. It holds 4,000 people.
