This was a commercial we did to raise awareness for Music at the Marina for Leesylvania State Park in Woodbridge, Virginia.. They put this on every year and we love being a part of it.

Located in Virginias Belmont Bay is Mason Neck State Park. It's one of those hardly noticed places that doesn't get many visitors. I found it by chance, and was quite impressed with what I saw, I'll go back again someday, it's worth checking out. enjoy

Sorry if this video is a little choppy. The camera was in HD mode and it didn't render properly when I made the movie. And it is Belmont Bay we are next to, not the Potomac river as I previously thought. A very nice state park. This is a very good bird watching park and there are bald eagles that can be seen at times. :-) The tree with the big hole in it looks like it has a face on the side of it. My daughter did NOT want to go inside the tree because the last time she told me she was in the redwood forest she did that and spiders were inside the tree and scared her!

2016 in Review
2016 was a year of accomplishments.
I biked 6298.5 miles (10136.5 km) in 2016, more than ever before (previous record was 5405 miles or 8698.5 km in 2015). I beat my personal daily record by doing over 120 miles of biking on a trip to Annapolis and back. I also took on many new opportunities to make an impact in the local biking community.
When Metro SafeTrack started, I decided to use my knowledge of having biked to all the Metro stations in previous years to create biking routes that people could use to get around each of the affected areas. It was a fun challenge that I will continue to take on until SafeTrack has been fully completed.
I had a greater focus on baking than I did cooking, at least when it came to learning recipes. My big trip of the year was to Chicago, a city which I grew to love quite fast. I look forward to a future return.
I will keep this video in mind should I ever feel down to help cheer me up.
