( 18-09-1944 ). Het begint op 18-09 en eindigd op 08-10-2017. Je ziet bijvoorbeeld lichtjes van dieren,dingen en mensen.

In commemoration of the liberation of Eindhoven, on September 18, 1944, every year an event takes place in the city of light of the Netherlands which underscores the nickname of Eindhoven (City of Light).
This event takes place from Sunday, September 18th to Sunday October 9th.
So, I decided to do some filming of this event by bike. You'll be seeing just some highlights which I tried to capture as best as possible. This was the main focus of this video. I tried to keep the video under 10min but I haven't managed to do so.

This film features an exploration of Eindhoven, beginning at the main railway station Eindhoven Centraal, before heading out of the station and across Stationsplein, and then highlighting the following locations and features: 18 Septemberplein, Hermanus Boexstraat, Markt, Marktstraat, Rechtestraat, Sint Catharinakerk, Stratumseind, Dommel, Bleekweg, Vestdijk, Smalle Haven, Ten Hagestraat, Jan Van Lieshoutstraat, Nieuwstraat, Dommelstraat, Eindhoven Strijp-S, Joodse Begraafplaats, Beukenlaan, Klokgebouw, Philitelaan, Steenstraat, PSV-laan, Philips Stadion, Vonderweg, Mathildelaan, Emmasingel and Demer. The majority of the film is taken from a walk around the city, although a short train ride between Eindhoven Centraal and Eindhoven Strijp-S is also featured.

Eindhoven doet haar naam van Lichtstad deze dagen weer extra eer aan. Van afgelopen dinsdag tot en met zondag 14 oktober kan in de stad de Lichtjesroute weer per fiets of auto gereden worden.

Worlds Biggest Eyecontact Experiment.
Op 21 September 2019 organiseerde Delilah Verhoeven en Jules van Beek samen met Margot Appelman en Mireilla de Vries in Eindhoven Werelds grootste oogcontact experiment. Uiteindelijk deden 8 mensen mee. Op het einde van het filmpje zie je ze genoemd als Liberators. Door het maken van oogcontact syncroniseren onze harten en maken we contact vanuit het hart. We bevrijden onszelf van de gevangenis van afgescheidenheid.
Eerste lampjes Lichtjesroute Eindhoven branden al
EINDHOVEN - Het is nog een dagje wachten maar donderdagavond gingen de eerste lampjes van de Lichtjesroute al aan. De lampjes gaan vrijdagavond aan op de dag dat de stad 71 jaar geleden bevrijd werd.
