Day out with some Army Blokes
This was the day I joined the GEAMCC (Great Escape Adventure Motor Cycle Club) for a days ride in November 2010.
We had planned to hit lanes of Salisbury Plain, but due to an Army exercise running over in the training area it was out of bounds, so they took us on some other lovely lanes :)

UK names two Russian nationals as suspects in Salisbury Novichok attack
영국 검찰, 스파이 암살용의자 '러시아 군정보기관 장교' 2명 기소
The British government has named two Russian suspects thought be involved in the Novichok nerve agent poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
Scotland Yard and the Crown Prosecution Service said there was enough evidence to charge Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov for attempted murder.
Prime Minister Theresa May told parliament that investigations showed they are officers of Russia's military intelligence service, known as the GRU.
She added the poisoning was almost certainly approved at a senior level of the Russian state.
She also vowed to work on countering the GRU.
……..And Mr Speaker, while the House will appreciate that I cannot go into details, together with our allies, we will deploy the full range of tools from across our national security apparatus in order to counter the threat posed by the GRU.
Moscow, which has repeatedly denied any involvement in the attack, hit back at the announcement, with a Kremlin aide saying the names meant nothing.
Russia's London embassy also called on the British government to give up politicized public accusations.

A useful article about Botox Injections,
What Happens When Someone Gets Botox Injections?
By Taalib Durden
Botox treatment involves injecting very small amounts of the purified toxin into the wrinkles. The effect of Botox is not permanent. The downside of Botox treatment is that it needs repeating every six months or so. Sometimes, a muscle that has been repeatedly injected eventually loses its ability to contract and doesn't need to be treated anymore. Botox was approved by FDA in USA in the year 2002 for crow's feet, frown lines and bands on the neck. The effects last anywhere from 3-6 months.
What is Botox?
It's a sterile vaccum- dried purified botulinum toxin type A, in short it's a purified protein derived from a bacteria known as clostridium.
Botox benefits
This purified form of botulinum A toxin, works wonders by stopping wrinkles where they start. As a result, Botox can keep you looking far younger than your year. Botox works on existing wrinkles and prevents them from deepening. It is most effective on wrinkles that haven't quite set -- dynamic wrinkles that appear while you're moving your face, such as when you frown. If you don't move the muscle too much, you won't form the wrinkle
Side effects of BOTOX
cosmetic doses of botox are much smaller then the therapeutic ones. Botox is best avoided on a pregnant lady though botox is not known to have any ill effects on the mother, but there may be foetal malformations which are yet to be proved. Side effects are possible: headaches, bruising, and pain at the site of injection, and in fewer than 1% of cases, drooping eyelids or eyebrows that return to their natural position within a few months or can be reversed after the use of medication. In cosmetic use, this can result in inappropriate facial expression such as drooping eyelid, double vision, uneven smile, or loss of the ability to close eyes.
BOTOX and similar products are used safely for medical uses too. BOTOX has been carefully tested through extensive clinical trials and it actually has very few side effects, particularly when compared with traditional cosmetic surgery. And, of course, the procedure is far less expensive than cosmetic surgery.

A little about Salisbury,
Visiting the City of Salisbury - Wiltshire
By Simon Haughtone
If you are on your way to exploring different cities all over England, then be sure to make a stop to Salisbury - Wiltshire County. This beautiful town is right in the middle of England's most rural area, so if you enjoy seeing green pastures and lots of wildlife, this is the place for you.
Away from all of the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities, as well as the unhealthy smog and cluttered air, the pure quality of life here will delight your senses. Along with the air that you breathe, you will be able to take in the thousands of years of history that are recalled here with the exhibits and exhibitions to teach you all that once took place here in Salisbury.
Like any good quiet town, there are an abundance of quaint and charming farmer's markets to offer you their fresh and seasonal products, as well as arts and culture venues to stimulate your mind. You can tour many of the stately homes that you see as well as the beautiful gardens and grounds that surround them, and there are plenty of farm parks in Salisbury if you have not yet had your fill of the outdoors.
Undoubtedly you have heard of the famous site, Stonehedge, which is one of the most easily recognizable historic sites the world over. That is located right in this very county and is a sure place that you will not want to miss when visiting Salisbury.
For those that like to get out and exercise, there are gorgeous biking and hiking trails all around that you can take advantage of and plenty of places to escape on a nature walk. If you prefer the shopping scene, they offer nice shops as well in Salisbury town center.
Of course, there is a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, and other delightful places to relax and fill your stomach. When visiting the town of Salisbury, you can be sure of two things: that you will never be bored and that you can not go hungry.
