Hello fellow EUC Riders and enthusiasts ! Barcelona has so much to offer and i really wanted to take you guys along for the full adventure. I had an idea it would be another long ride but wow another 1 hour video. Pretty nuts. I remember making daily vlog and thinking 12 mins was long haha. Thank you to everyone who tunes into these videos. I do plan on upgrading the video angle and looking at getting the 360 One X thingy.
See you in Dublin for the next ride.

Pham Ngu Lao nightlife is also one of Ho Chi Minh’s finest, with throngs of street vendors, bia hoi stalls, lively bars, and downtown clubs filling up the lively scene. Interesting nightlife entertainment spots include The View Rooftop Bar, Seventeen Saloon, Go 2 and Crazy Buffalo Nightclub as well as many smaller pubs that are known for their cheap drinks and happy hour promos. It’s also common around here to meet friendly expats who are more than happy to share a few tips about travelling in and beyond Vietnam. If you want to immerse yourself in the local culture, we highly suggest getting up early and visit the parks within the area. It is interesting to see (and even to join in on) the elders participating in Tai Chi-like exercise sessions. Another must-do is heading to the morning markets such as Ben Tanh Market, where local vendors sell a wide array of fresh produce, household supplies, and Vietnamese street food at attractive prices. As Pham Ngu Lao is not such a large area, it’s the perfect place to explore on foot - the best time to do this is in the morning and late afternoon as the weather can be rather scorching at the height of the day. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are also travel agencies that can help arrange for day trips within the city centre and beyond...

Euro Trip 2018 - FULL PLAYLIST:
????????????☀️
***
Hey, guys! Great to have you back in part 4 of the vlogging series - Euro Trip 2018. We're heading off to one of Spain's most well-known cities this time - Barcelona.
My first impression of Barcelona is its insane urban planning. From Roasted Duck's point of view, you can really see the rigorous organisation and planning of the buildings and infrastructure that give the city of Barcelona such a tidy layout. When we were strolling down the streets of the city, we could really feel the spacious environment - wide pavements, well-designed streets, available bicycle lanes etc.
When traveling to Barcelona, be mindful of the weather though - it was hot as ferk! Coming from London, where the weather is pretty much crap all-year round, the Barcelona heat certainly packed a punch. Just make sure you guys are logistically... and mentally prepared! ????????????☀️

CycleMeHome - Introduction of Rider #2
introduction of Adam, the first guy who joins Levi by bike.
cyclemehome.com
facebook.com/cyclemehome
twitter.com/cyclemehome
-who are you?
-My name is Adam Páez de la Cadena Ljoså and I am from Esbjerg, Denmark.
I am joining Levi from the beginning of his trip - Madrid.
Right now I'm just finishing my 2nd year at the ECAM Film School's Editing line here in Madrid.
-since when do you ride your bike?
-I've always biked. But only on city bikes/moutain bikes and in populated areas, mostly. I hadn't actually been on a racing bike until I bought a used one here in Spain. It's an Orbea with Shimano 5-speed gears or something like that. I honestly don't know the size of the chainring and the cog. I will ask in the store when either of them breaks.
-why did you decide to join?
-When I heard about the trip something clicked inside of me and I just knew I had to join. I'm kind of going against everyone on this one. People have this tendency to think they know what you're capable of even if they don't know you. And who can blame them? It's not often that you get to prove yourself like this in everyday life. But all this judgement and opposition just makes me want to do it even more. Sometimes you've just got to jump right in there and DO the things you feel like doing.
I know it's going to be tough, I know I might not be so positive when I'm climbing a crazy-inclined hill in Italy but I will reach Budapest by the 10th of August. Failure is not an option.

International Voss Vlog: Honey Hips, Brigitte & Jenny, take Barcelona, Rome, Italy, & Ibiza, Spain
Unconditional Best Friends, Jenny Voss & Brigitte Khal, travel the world together to find connection, joy, cuisine, & adventure in Barcelona, Rome, & Ibiza, Spain. Song Credit: Unconditional - Sonny Fodera Remix - Sinead Harnett, Sonny Fodera
Honey Hips Travel Tips:
DON'T take an edible before getting on your flight JUST IN CASE you get heavily interrogated before and have to answer 100 personally invasive questions on the spot.
However, DO take an edible once you are seated so a 12 hour flight goes by in minutes.
DO get cash converted before you go to the airport, the exchange rates are heavily inflated there.
DON'T forget this is real money and not monopoly money.
DO use Splitwise App if you are traveling with one or twenty.
DO stay at party hostels, they are EVERYTHING.
Barcelona Recommendation: Kabul Party Hostel
Rome Recommendation: Yellow Hostel & Bar
DO go on the walking tours or bike tours. Regardless if you are hungover and need to throw up. What you see is magic and what these adventures are all about.
DO meet as many people as you possibly can and ask as many questions to quickly get to know them and take as many pictures as possible with these like-minded beautifully curious nomads. Some of these souls will leave a lasting impression on you and you’ll want to remember them.
DO leave room in your luggage for souvenirs and shopping when you travel. 50 pounds ain't that cute anyway.
DON'T pack jeans or boots when there is a heatwave in the Summer.
DO find a cute fanny pack that goes with everything. This will be your buddy.
DO have your personal belongings on your body and mind at all times. There ARE pick-pocketers disguised as nice, good looking, cheek kissing men.
DO go off the beaten path after seeing the Main Streets.
DO meet a local so you can see how they live vs. how we visit.
DO take your bikini top off at the beaches in Europe. Its beautifully freeing, gives you a chance to work on those tan lines, and you don't know anyone around you so FK* IT.
DO book a flight in the early morning so you can experience what it is like to go straight from the nightclub to the airport. It's a unconventional RUSH of excitement.
DO eat the carbs while in Italy. DEFINITLEY DO eat the gelato too. You will walk it off.
DO take photos of everything (for later viewage) while staying PRESENT.
Videos are a big DO DO too. You’ll want to look back on all of this and feel it.
DO fall in love with everything and everyone you meet.
DO try to sink up your flights with check in times, holding onto luggage sucks.
DO plan for 20 of your best friends to meet up with you at some point across the world.
DO ask the hostess if they have a table for 16 even if it's insanely busy and you think it is not possible whatsoever.
DO forgo sleep if you feel the need to stay up and connect.
DO whatever you want.
DO rent boats in Ibiza and visit Formentera Island.
DO kiss your friends, regardless of their gender.
DO watch a sunrise wherever you go.
DO celebrate the people around you whether its birthdays, anniversaries, successes, or for just simply living.
DON'T go out without cash and your phone. That's just stupid.
DO bring hats while traveling. I know they are hard to transport but they are needed and heavily accentuate every outfit.
DO go to a day pool party, wherever you go. I INSIST!
DO Conga Line out of small spaces if you have a big group.
DO catch every sunset.
DO anything for the people that you are with.
DO become the weirdest people at every club and dance in circles around a red bull can.
DO bring weird things with lights on them everywhere you go so you can find each other easily.
DON'T hand these to strangers.
DO know your love languages and try to learn the love languages of the loved ones around you.
DO make speeches at dinners showing gratitude and go around the table sharing peaks.
DO try to meet every DJ's managers.
DONT rush to the hospital if it's your last night in Ibiza and you bust ya knee on the dance floor. You can get your 12 stitches when we get back to the states with your own insurance anyway.
DO give yourself a full 24 HOURS after you return before you have to go back to work.
DO write down your memories as soon as possible, if not during/nightly.
DON'T FORGET: That you are exactly where you need to be!
THIS LIFE IS WORTH LIVING. THIS WORLD IS MEANT TO BE EXPLORED.
NEVER STOP CELEBRATING. NEVER STOP EXPLORING. NEVER STOP LOVING.
GO DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to Adjust a Bike Seat
Watch more Bike Repair & Equipment videos:
To prevent injury and have more power in your ride, get your bike seat, or saddle, in the optimum position.
Step 1: Set test height
Stand next to your bike. Set the seat to a height just below your hip. This is a good height to start making adjustments.
Step 2: Get help
Have a friend stand in front of the bike and hold the handlebars. Get on the seat and spin one of the pedals its bottommost position. With your foot on the pedal, there should be a very slight bend in your knee.
Step 3: Adjust
Get off the bike and adjust the seat either up or down based on the test. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the bolt located on the seat post clamp. When you're done moving the seat, securely tighten the bolt.
Tip
After adjusting the seat, make sure the seat front is aligned with the stem to ensure it's facing straight forward.
Step 4: Retest
Remount the bike and retest the new seat height. Put your heel on a pedal and spin back. You should be able to complete a pedal stroke without your hips rocking. If they do, the saddle it too high. Readjust it to correct.
Tip
Many people get used to riding with the seat too low, which makes pedaling harder. Raising the seat will make your bike feel faster and lighter.
Step 5: Adjust saddle angle
Place a level on the high points of the front and rear of the saddle to ensure it's perfectly level.
Step 6: Go on several test rides
Be sensitive to pressure points from your saddle on your next few rides. If it digs into any unwanted areas, make small incremental adjustments to the saddle angle.
Step 7: Mark the spot
Mark your perfect seat height by applying red nail polish to the seat post just above the seat post clamp. If you change the height for different terrain, you'll always know where your original position was.
Did You Know?
The first Tour de France was held on July 1, 1903, with 60 riders. Only 21 of them finished the nearly 2,500-kilometer cross-country odyssey.
