2013 State Championship Saturday At The Mabee Center
Air Date: March 9, 2013
The Mabee Center was the host site of the Class 4A - 6A Oklahoma High School State Championship games for the boys and girls. As far as local interest, the 6A girls finals featured Booker T. Washington versus Bixby and Tulsa Memorial in the 5A boys championship.

Kathryn Kuhlman traveled extensively around the United States and in many other countries holding healing crusades between the 1940s and 1970s. She was one of the most well-known healing ministers in the world. Kuhlman had a weekly TV program in the 1960s and 1970s called I Believe In Miracles that was aired nationally. She also had a 30-minute nationwide radio ministry of teaching from the Bible and frequently would feature excerpts from her healing services (both music and message). Late in her life she was supportive of the nascent Jesus movement, and received endorsements by its key leaders, including David Wilkerson and Chuck Smith.

Affectionately known as 'The John,' John Mabee Hall is our all-male residence hall on campus. It includes three levels of security, community-style bathrooms and a variety of room arrangements.

Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art
Founded in 1919, the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art in Shawnee is one of the oldest museums in the state of Oklahoma. One of Oklahoma's little-known jewels, the museum is located on the campus of St. Gregory's University, Oklahoma's oldest university, and features more than 6,000 artifacts. The museum includes permanent collections of Egyptian, Greek and Roman objects. Other collections at this Shawnee museum include art from the Renaissance and Middle Ages through the early 20th century, as well as Native American, African, Oceanic and Eastern cultural artifacts. This museum also features many artifacts highlighting Old World antiquity including objects from Greece, China, Babylon and more.
