• For our look at the final letter Jesus told the Apostle John to write, we turn to the city of Laodicea.
• There was nothing positive the risen Christ could say.
• He who calls himself the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation commanded John, To the angel of the church in Laodicea write. Spiritual indifference leads to expulsion. True benefit lies in the wealth God gives.
• In the names Jesus uses about himself, he who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, gives the Laodiceans a heads up why they should listen to what John wrote to them.
• Through him all things were made, without him nothing was made that has been made.
• The church in Laodicea has fallen into the sin of spiritual indifference.
• Pastors will tell you, and maybe you have experienced this. The most difficult witness we can make is with someone who does not care about spiritual matters.
• The Laodiceans had grown less and less concerned with life and death, heaven and hell.
• Because of his love for them, Jesus calls them to repentance.
• I don't agree with the caricature that all lifetime Christians are apathetic and all new converts are on fire for the Lord.
• We can lose our love for the gospel over time.
• The Christians falsely believed they were entitled to God's love, much as a spoiled child feels entitled to parents' love.
• In love, Christ calls them and us to repentance when such love of wealth and self intrudes on our daily repentance of sin.
• True benefit lies in the wealth God gives.
• In Christ, they had the pure gold of the gospel, the white garments of Christ's blood covering their sin and guilt, and deliverance from spiritual blindness by the Spirit's working.
• By the Spirit's power in his Word, God opens our hearts to his call as he opened Lazarus' tomb and his own.
• Who better than Lutherans can understand this picture of eating?
• We will sit with Christ on his throne, that is, reign with him.
• We close our study of these letters as we heed again Jesus command, and apply it to Bethlehem congregation, He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Amen.

In today's session, we will be finishing up Disk 2, take on Edea and Seither, and defeat them! Before we can do that though, we have to explore all of Galbadia Garden and gather 3 key cards from 3 students who are hiding there. Once we have all 3 keys, we will take on Edea and Seither and end this! After the battle is won, something happens to Rinoa that makes her unavailable for a while, and then a lot of information is thrown at us all at once. Now, we have to figure out how we can save Rinoa, what truly happened to her, and how it happened. To do this, however, we need to find the White SeeD's ship and speak with Ellone. Will we be able to find this ship before I lose my mind? You'll have to watch this video to find out!

There was systematic political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union, based on the interpretation of political opposition or dissent as a psychiatric problem. It was called psychopathological mechanisms of dissent.During the leadership of General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev, psychiatry was used to disable and remove from society political opponents (dissidents) who openly expressed beliefs that contradicted the official dogma. The term philosophical intoxication, for instance, was widely applied to the mental disorders diagnosed when people disagreed with the country's Communist leaders and, by referring to the writings of the Founding Fathers of Marxism–Leninism—Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, and Vladimir Lenin—made them the target of criticism.Article 58-10 of the Stalin-era Criminal Code, Anti-Soviet agitation, was to a considerable degree preserved in the new 1958 RSFSR Criminal Code as Article 70 Anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda. In 1967, a weaker law, Article 190-1 Dissemination of fabrications known to be false, which defame the Soviet political and social system, was added to the RSFSR Criminal Code. These laws were frequently applied in conjunction with the system of diagnosis for mental illness, developed by Academician Andrei Snezhnevsky. Together they established a framework within which non-standard beliefs could easily be defined as a criminal offence and the basis, subsequently, for a psychiatric diagnosis.
