Malabar Hill, a hillock in southern Mumbai, is an upmarket VVIP residential area which has the Government Guest House Sahaydri, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra's Bungalow, official residences of VVIP state officials & famous Hanging Gardens.
The Malabar Hill district is notably the most exclusive residential area in Mumbai, and home to several business tycoons and film personalities. Iconic buildings like Everest Apartments, Kailash Niketan, etc make it one of the most expensive neighborhoods to stay in the world. Notable residents include Adi Godrej, the Birla family, etc.
It also hosts residential complex for the President and Prime Minister of India at its southern tip known as Raj Bhavan.
Worli is a locality in the city of Mumbai. Historic spellings include Warli, Worlee, Varli. Originally Worli was a separate island, one of the Seven Islands of Bombay which were ceded by the Portuguese to England in 1661; it was linked up with the other islands in the 19th Century.

Vinod Khanna lived in the IL Palazzo apartment located in Malabar Hill, South Mumbai. Their flat is on the 13th floor in the C block of this 21-storey building. Here he lived with second wife poetry and two children son witnesses and daughter reverence. Khanna first married Gitanjali in 1971. Vinod-Geetanjali's two sons are Akshay and Rahul. Vinod was so attached to the IL Palazzo apartment that in 2008 he had bid 31 million in the auction of a flat from a bank here. Prior to this, there was no such bid for any flat in South Mumbai.
A flat flat of Khanna was already in the C block of this apartment. They wanted to buy the second flat in the auction. But the deal could not move forward with the bank. Later in 2012 a Diamond merchant bought this flat in 28 crore.
