No. 46 is a large two bedroom apartment overlooking the Malahide Marina. The apartment is being sold by Mannix Ryan Estate Agents and is located on the second floor. It has excellent views accross the Malahdie Estuary, The Grand Hotel, The Island Golf Club and Cruzzo Restaurant.
The apartment would require redecoratio to bring it up to a top class standard, however it benefits from a beautiful aspect and the addtion of car parking.
