when i was go mandrem by hitchhiking from my hostel a Russian girl-ANA drop me at Arambol from my hostel thanks dear..

Mandrem Beach is a white sand beach with clear water. The beach of Mandrem lies between the twin beaches of Ashwem and Arambol. This beach is a quiet and peaceful beach. The beauty of Mandrem Beach is especially during the High Tide time when the sea water rushes into the Mandrem Creek or River. This Mandrem creek moves parallel to the waterline. Mandrem has a small fishing community and occasionally one might see local fishermen hauling their catch from the sea.
The sea is locked in the land here in the form of a stream and hence the resorts have set up bamboo bridges to cross it and reach the actual shore.
There is a small Portugese fort close to Mandrem, you will see it as soon as you walk out on the beach.
Very less crowd rather selective people visit there.with fewer hawkers than other beaches.
Nice and quiet beaches, white sand beach, clean, calm and less hassle from hawkers and beggars that you see on all the other beaches in Goa.
