Maner Sharif is famous for two very popular Dargah : One of the Dargah is of Sufi saint Makhdoom Shah Kamaluddin Ahmad Yahya Maneri, known as the Bari Dargah . The other one Tomb of Makhdum Shah Daulat Maneri , popularly called Chhoti Dargah.Every year government spend crores of rupees to observe Sufi Mahotsva in Maner but the condition of this ASI protected site deteriorated day by day. No one - neither the local people nor the government - seems to care.all the adjacent and open area of dargah used by the villgers as open air toilets and the talab for washing vehicles. Everyone is content in their dirty and polluted life. Observing the scenario one gets this idea that heritage in India is only meant to be kept beautiful and pleasing from inside, it concerns no one what the background looks like.The concerned authority[the Sajjada Nasheen of Maner Khanquah ] , the government, or the community at large should do the needful.

It is a popular medieval site and a notified area in Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar. Maner enjoys position of one of the chief spiritual centers in India. Maner Sharif houses two very popular Muslim tombs:
One of Makhdoom Yahya Maneri, known as the Bari Dargah.Another of Shah Daulat or Makhdum Daulat, popularly called Chhoti Dargah.
Maner Sharif is the place where Makhdum Daulat in 1608 breathed his last. It was then in 1616 that Ibrahim Khan, Governor of Bihar, who was also his disciple finished the construction of his mausoleum.

I guess such place shouldn't have such restrictions..what do you guys think about that?
