HUNGRY CHRONICLES EPISODE 7: MUKBANG MATT’S ORIGINAL “JUICY LUCY” BURGER MINNEAPOLIS, MN FT. THE FAM
Slid out to Minneapolis in celebration of my moms bday, and also to work the X Games. You know we had to make a pit stop for some bust down. As seen on tv we stopped by Matt’s Bar home of the famous “Juicy Lucy” Burger stuffed with cheese! Fam in attendance I was personally cross faded but I had a good time and the food was 10/10 slappin and sufficient!

Here's the rest of the footage I got while shooting the Anoka Halloween Capital of the World Episode. Haunted City. There was just too much footage to put it all in that episode. But this definitely stands as it's own episode.
I also included the Insane Asylum Cemetery. I had a very eerie thing happen to me at the Cemetery.
Thanks for watching this episode.

A Weekend in Minneapolis
For more destinations:
For more information on Minneapolis:
Each weekend that I travel to a different city I try to pack in as many fun and interesting attractions as possible. To showcase how easy and cheap it can be to see the country, I do not take any time off of work (I have to work a full 40 hours on each side of the weekend). Additionally, I use a couple money saving techniques like couch surfing and kayak explore. This weekend I am in Minneapolis, and here is my itinerary:
1) Mall of America
2) Dick's Last Resort (Dinner at MOA)
3) Nickelodeon Universe (Amusement Park at MOA)
4) Chatterbox Pub
5) Bike around Minneapolis Lakes
6) Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream
7) Minneapolis Skyway System
8) Hell's Kitchen (Lunch)
9) Minneapolis Institute of Arts
10) Foshay Tower (Observation Deck)
11) Loring Park
12) Sculpture Garden (and greenhouse)
13) Bryant Lake Bowl (Dinner, Bowling and Theater)
14) Uptown (Culture)
15) Al's Breakfast
16) Stone Arch, Washington, and 3rd street bridges (culture)
17) Nicollet Mall

Great Food!
Mickey’s Diner was designed to resemble the railroad dining cars of the period. It is unique in that it is one of the first diners to be built in the Art Deco style. Mickey’s Dining Car was manufactured in New Jersey and shipped by rail on a flat bed to its present location.
Mickey's Diner has been featured on the Food Network series Unwrapped, Roker on the Road, Rachel Rays' Tasty Travels, and Alton Browns' Feasting on Asphalt. Mickey's has appeared in The Smithsonian, National Geographic, Sports Illustrated, Easy Rider, Playboy and Elle magazines. Mickey's Dining Car has been replicated as a collectible by Department 56, The Danbury Mint and Saks Fifth Avenue. The Mighty Ducks I, II, III, Jingle All the Way and A Prairie Home Companion movies contain scenes that were shot on location at Mickey's.
Mickey’s Diner was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and was one of the first diners to be a registered historic place. The designation helped preserve the diner during urban re-development with in the city of St. Paul.
Mickey’s Dining car has been operating 24 hours a day 365 days a year for nearly 70 years. Spanning three generations the diner has remained family owned and operated.

A Brief Trip to Stillwater, Minnesota
A three-hour trip to Stillwater to cram in some exploration with old friends before another major period of time away.
A spontaneous decision to drive to Stillwater, Minnesota arose one Wednesday afternoon. It so happened that multiple people were free at that time as well. Then, we all did what we do best: impulsively decide to take an adventure somewhere with absolutely no planning whatsoever. The trip could only last for so long because of modern-day, familiar constraints. We were therefore constrained to about a three-hour visit to Stillwater. Though these circumstances were not wholly favourable, we managed to make the most of the brief excursion to the small town on the border of Wisconsin. It was short and sweet, and intensely nostalgic, reminiscent of the sorts of bursts of adventure that were once more easily accessible in our daily lives.
We drove from a Southern exurb of Minneapolis to Stillwater in about an hour after figuring out the invisible-to-GPS construction projects interfering with the suggested route. We then took a stroll around the entire town, stumbling upon many the characteristic structures scattered around the town. Of course, this happened among many other shenanigans that commonly occur when we are all together.
It was my second-to-last day to be in Minnesota before I was to go to a different country. I wanted to gather as many of my old friends as I could to do a trip somewhere interesting and accessible, to savour the last couple moments in the country and with my friends. This trip certainly accomplished that.
