I started off my tour by takin the metro rail to get to downtown Miami. This is the fastest way to travel there as you bypass all the traffic and keep walking.
We first visited Brickell Financial District where dozens of new skyscrapers have risen in the past five years. Next is Downtown Miami, the second oldest neighborhood in the city.
Here I show you three brand new exciting projects like, Miamicentral train station, Miami Worldcenter and One Thousand Museum which was designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid.
Finally we head to the Arts and Entertainment District to get a hard hat tour of Canvas Miami the first condo tour to be constructed in the area
I hope you like this informational tour of Downtown Miami. Remember when traveling you you walking with Wiivv!

Miami Food Tour | Must-eat Places | Go Native in Miami and The Beaches
Miami writer and editor, Jackie Gutierrez Jones, takes you on a personal food tour of her hometown. Uncover the must-eat places to vacation in Miami like a local.
Restaurants featured in this video:
Juvia
Pubbelly
The Bazaar South Beach
EDGE Steak & Bar
Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
Momi Ramen
Hi, I'm Jackie Gutierrez Jones and we're in my beautiful hometown of Miami. I'm a local writer and blogger and I'm really excited about the culinary scene here. I want to take you on my personal tour of where to eat so you can go native next time you're in town. Let's take a look.
We're at the sexy Juvia on South Beach. This chain spirit award winning restaurant is perfect for watching South Beach sunsets. Don't forget to try the purple rain cocktail made with chicha morada and some of the exquisitely prepared duros. I'm going to dig in.
Now if you're looking for a fun spot, head to Pub Belly in Miami Beach. This Asian inspired gastropub serves up some fantastic bacon wrapped dates with chorizo and has a unique list of craft beers. And if you want to share some inventive tapas with a group of friends you've got to visit the Bizarre on South Beach. This whimsical dining room is great for splitting small plates of yuca churros and sipping margaritas topped with a cloud of salt air.
When I'm in downtown one of my favorite places to go with friends is Edge Steak and Bar. The cozy baguettes, the rooftop terrace, and the tartars make it a fun place to go with a group. And check out the steak.
Also, when I have visitors in town I like to take them to Michael's Genuine for their signature crispy hominy and their crazy roster of desserts. Now if you're looking for a date night spot head to Momi Ramen and Brickell. It's cozy and they've got the best bowl of noodles in town.
So those are just a few of my favorite places to eat. For more, stop by the
Visit Miami Facebook page. I'm Jackie and I'll see you soon. Cheers.

Isle of Normandy or Normandy Island or Normandy Isles or Normandy Isle is a neighborhood of North Beach in the city of Miami Beach, Florida, United States. It is located along the eastern shore of Biscayne Bay. After building a chain of movie theaters in Cincinnati, Alsace native Henri Levi (or Levy) moved to Miami Beach in 1922. In 1926 he undertook a 2-year period of 24-hour-a-day dredging to create Normandy Isle from the natural swampy land mass in Biscayne Bay west of 71st street theretofore called Warner-Meade Island. Levy was also instrumental in the construction of the 79th Street Causeway. Most streets on Normandy Isle were named after French cities and architectural landmarks.

Florida Travel Destination & Attractions | Visit Miami Beach coastal Resor tShow
Miami Beach is a coastal resort city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. It was incorporated on March 26, 1915.[4] The municipality is located on a series of natural and man-made barrier islands between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, the latter of which separates the Beach from Miami city proper. The neighborhood of South Beach, comprising the southernmost 2.5 square miles (6.5 km2) of Miami Beach, along with downtown Miami and the port, collectively form the commercial center of South Florida.[5] As of the 2010 census, Miami Beach had a total population of 87,779.[6] It has been one of America's pre-eminent beach resorts since the early 20th century,In 1979, Miami Beach's Art Deco Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Art Deco District is the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the world[7] and comprises hundreds of hotels, apartments and other structures erected between 1923 and 1943. Mediterranean, Streamline Moderne and Art Deco are all represented in the District. The Historic District is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the East, Lenox Court on the West, 6th Street on the South and Dade Boulevard along the Collins Canal to the North. The movement to preserve the Art Deco District's architectural heritage was led by former interior designer Barbara Capitman, who now has a street in the District named in her honor, More Info

Miami Beachside Clubs | Dance Clubs | Go Native in Miami and The Beaches
Miami's nightlife ambassador Sergio Castillo, shows you his must visit nightlife spots in South Beach so you can party like a native.
Places featured in this video:
Nikki Beach Club
The Broken Shaker
LIV Night Club
Club Space
Greenstreet Cafe
Hey, I'm Sergio Castillo living the good life in beautiful Miami. What I love most about Miami is the party scene. That's why we're here on South Beach, dropping in on some of the must visit spots. As a Miami insider, I want to give you my personal tour of where to party when you visit my city.
Let's take a look.
We're here at the sexiest place on earth, Nikki Beach. What I love most about Nikki Beach is that it's a day time hot spot. I mean your dance floor is literally on the sand. Make sure to try one of their signature mojitos, a glass is good but a pitcher is better. If wine is more your style, they have many Nikki Beach exclusives to choose from. Before you leave, take a walk down the sandy path and you'll end up right there on the beach.
And you can thank me later for this South Beach hidden gem, the Broken Shaker. Tucked behind the Freehand Miami, this outdoor patio is something magical. They grow their own herbs, which is a perfect addition to their specialty cocktails.
Now for the ultimate night life experience in Miami, you have to go to LIV Nightclub. Located in the fountain blue hotel, it's definitely the place to dress to impress. It's a playground for the creme-de-la-creme of Miami and celebrities from all over the world.
If you still have it in you, Club Space is my favorite after hours spot. Only open one night a week on Saturday nights, it easily keeps guests dancing until Sunday afternoon. With state of the art lighting and sound, it attracts some of the best international house DJ's.
Then when I need to recover from an epic night out, I head to Green Street in the heart of Coconut Grove. It always promises a great atmosphere and sexy crowd, and it's well known for its brunch. I recommend recapping last night's party over a round or two of Bloody Mary's.
Now you know where locals like me love to party. For more check out the Visit Miami Facebook page. I'm Sergio, see you soon.

All footage shot with the Sony Bloggie MHS-T20 were initially done as test footage but afterward I decided to make a short feature with this camera.
While searching for a small consumer but professional quality HD camera, I stumbled onto this model by accident. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a shot as it costs about the price of a battery for my professional cameras.
The quality is amazing but the camera has many flaws and if you understand them you can work around it to create awesome looking videos.
The main problem is the focusing. focusing goes off in lighting and when subjects focal length changes. There is no zoom to consider and wide angle is the only angle. Fast panning can cause unstable results, and good lighting is a must as well.
For travel and a pocket camera I have not found anything better in this price range.
Miami, FL Travel Guide: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACES
I'm a Miami native, know the city well, and wanted you to have a safe visit and not be exposed to danger. Stay away from these places l say in the video!

Miami Shopping | Boutiques | Unique Clothing | Go Native in Miami and The Beaches
Amanda del Duca, local style insider, takes you on a tour of the best shopping in Miami. See unique Miami stores and some of the trendiest boutiques.
La Belle Rebelle
Jessie - A Fashion Boutique
Alchemist
Fly Boutique
Haus Fashion
KOTO
Hi, I'm Amanda del Duca, here in the beautiful city of Miami, Florida. What I love most about Miami is the shopping, so we're dropping in on two of my favorite spots. As a Miami style insider, I want to give you a personal tour of the city, so when you visit, you can go native. Let's go take a look.
La Belle Rebelle is a local swimwear designer here in South Beach. It's a great spot because you can come in and shop for some of the trendiest pieces in Miami. Like this. And then just head straight out to the beach.
After the beach, check out Jessie Boutique. They carry dresses, shoes, and chic resort wear. It's girly girl heaven. Jessie makes sure to only stock a few of each item to keep her shoppers feeling really special.
And if you're looking for one of a kind or high-end fashion, visit Alchemist for one of the most breathtaking shopping experiences in Miami. Its location has incredible views, and the inventory is just as interesting. Showcasing the top designers and highly conceptualized
styles.
Here we are at Fly Boutique, one of my favorite vintage spots in Miami. Located just off Lincoln Road, this beautiful consignment store is a great place to find brands like Chanel, Mussoni, or Pucci.
Now, for local brands, check out Haus Fashion Owner Emilio Uribe has a strong connection with contemporary art and curates a fabulous selection of rare pieces at reasonable prices.
And before you leave Miami, stop in at Koto, where they have something for everyone. It's a great place to find novelty items like a boombox cooler or a pair of lime green roller skates. Really a must-visit for fun and unique gifts.
Now you know some of the best places to shop locally in Miami. Check out
the Visit Miami Facebook page for more. I'll see you in Miami.

Botanical Garden Tour | Miami Beach
This is just a little video of my visit at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden during Memorial day weekend. This Botanical Garden, although quite small (2.6 acres), is one of Miami beach hidden gems. I find it really charming and has some of the most intoxicating smell of Ylang-ylang trees. It has a Japanese Garden, Native Garden, Butterfly Garden, Wetland Garden, Turtle Pond and many more unique and charming features. A must visit if you’re ever in Miami Beach.
What are some of your favorite Botanical Gardens to visit?
