My favorite trail system in Colorado is the High Line Canal Trail. Located in the Denver, Colorado area. Completed in 1883, it stretches for 71 miles and goes through several different habitats and ecosystems along the way. It's a mix of gravel and then pavement as you head North East of my location. The canal was built more than a century ago and is lined with enormous cottonwood trees that were planted during the construction. Since most are getting their water from underground pipes these days the canal doesn't have water running regularly since 2016. It does have water running through it occasionally during the spring and summer mainly to water the trees and after heavy rains in the area.

Getting Around in Denver Colorado with B Cycles - Denver Bicycle Rental
Hey! Right here on a short self-improvement trip to Denver, Colorado for the Empower Network event. Here's where I found out about about B Cycles. It's really cool. For very small rental fees, you can actually pick up a bicycle from any of the B Cycles docking stations, and don't even have to worry about returning it! Just dock it back at the nearest B Cycle station... Company takes care of the rest! That's a real convenience for people looking to get around in Denver Colorado in a convenient, eco-friendly way. No worries on theft or vandalism!
P.S. Like I said in the video, I make money online. That's how I get to go around... and don't have to conform to stupid office dressing regulations.

Colorado High Rockies Adventure Ride
VIDEO INFO:
Few places can stimulate the senses quite like the Colorado Rockies. With its majestic snow-capped peaks, lush green valleys and rugged mountainous terrain, it's an off-road paradise for Adventure Riders.
Recently we had an opportunity to breathe the fresh Colorado mountain air when we joined RawHyde Adventures on their High Rockies Adventure Ride. We covered roughly 150-200 miles per day traveling mostly on dirt. While it’s only two days, it crosses some of Colorado’s most famous high mountain passes like Boreas, Cottonwood, Cumberland and Monarch.

Denver Cycle
In this episode of Cheap Family Travel Tips ( Nick, Regan, Maggie, and Kate went cycling in Denver. We checked out fun things to do in Denver, Colorado, and we discovered that Denver is a bicycle-friendly town, with bike paths that span Downtown Denver, CO, past the Colorado Rockies Coors Field and all the way out to Invesco Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos. B Cycle Denver is the Denver city bike share program that allows citizens and visitors to borrow bikes and ride them around town and return them to marked bike racks throughout the city. We thought the Denver b cycle program was a great idea and a super way bicycle in the city. We thought one of the best ways to have fun in Denver was to ride bikes along the South Platte River. The cycling trail was flat and scenic and great for the whole family. If you're looking for fun stuff to do in Denver, or if you need more Denver information, check out the Denver tourist information site, denver.org. 4K City Walks: Denver, Colorado Cherry Creek Area - Virtual Walk Treadmill City guide
The video 4K City Walks: Denver, Colorado Cherry Creek Area - Virtual Walk Treadmill City guide beginner Treadmill workout Video is a free tour around the large park on the southern side of the city between downtown and Denver University. I filmed using my new GoPro8 but this was the first time I used it and had some issues with the Horizons. Sorry about that. We walk starting out in the little commercial area with a few shops, restuarants, bars, and even a marijuana dispensary. We make our way through a residential area and into the park itself where many people are out being active. We walk past the pond and boat house and then back towards the little neighborhood bars and shops. I hope you enjoy this late afternoon fall walk through Denver's Washington Park Neighborhood.

Day 2 Western America Getaway 18/9/19 Denver, Colorado Area
Today was the 2nd day of the tour and as we were staying in Thornton, Denver we visited the Capitol Building, Confluence Park where the South Platte River and Cherry Creek meet, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Evergreen Lake where we walked around the lake, shopped in the town and had ice cream.
It was a great day but not too intense so that we could settle in and get over all the jet lag!
