VPW Japan Timeless sound of classical piano collections - Minon Music Museum
Minon Music Museum in Tokyo has given us a wonderful Christmas present the sound of amazing classical music from pianos manufactured in the 19th century in Vienna.
One example is the “Pisa” Harpsichord which was built between 1580 and 1600 in either Pisa or Florence. Another example is this Viennese fortepiano, built by Johann Fritz and dating from around 1800, was owned by Count Keglevicz’s daughter Barbara, who was one of Beethoven’s pupils. The fact that it has not undergone any structural or mechanical modification in more than 200 years and is still playable in its original condition makes them the extremely rare examples.
Thank you for Minon Music Museum for giving us permission to do a broadcast at 8pm on 16th Sunday, 2018(EST).
Min-On literally means “the people’s music,” and it is Min-On's aim to return music to the people, offering everyone the opportunity to enjoy the world's finest performing arts, as well as promoting international cultural exchange and peace by introducing music and performing arts from every country around the world.

SCMAGLEV & Railway Park! Train Museum in Nagoya | Japan April 2018
Hi everyone! Today we spent the morning at one of the best museums I've been to - the SCMAGLEV and Railway Park in Nagoya! There's a number of train museums in Japan, but this is the only one to have the maglev exhibits! There's also a bunch of shinkansen including some of the first bullet trains and a bunch of other trains to view, inside and out. Thanks so much for watching!

It's our first night in Japan ever and we're staying at a CAPSULE HOTEL! The futuristic design gave me galaxy vibes. It felt like we were inside a spaceship floating among the stars.
The pods turned out to be more spacious than expected. I did not get claustrophobic, but everyone's level of comfort varies in enclosed spaces. How about the rest of the experience? Watch the full video to see the detailed tour!

Random Walk Around Tokyo
One of the top questions I asked is where to go and what to do in Tokyo. I got a simple answer for you. Anywhere! To prove the point, my friend Angela (internationallyMe) and I randomly walk around Tokyo. While I didn't show this in the video, I did randomly choose a starting point as well as a direction to go towards. For those who support on Patreon, I put up a little behind the scenes of how I went about generating the randomness as well as some commentary and deleted scenes.

My First Vlog in Tokyo
Vlog Day 1 - 8: The time I awkwardly tried to vlog...
Wait I should probably update you. So basically my name is Jenn, this year I went travelling with my friend Lauren for 8 months. Now I have a shit tone of (potentially awkward) footage and hopefully it will make sense... although judging by my first vlog attempt it most likely won't.
But lets just relive it... first stop: Japan

TOKYO, JAPAN TRAVEL VLOG!
**Disclaimer**
First time traveling by myself abroad and first time ever making a vlog!!
Sept. 10, 2017 I decided to book a trip to Tokyo, Japan! I have to admit that Japan was not part of my plan for my 21 birthday. I had plans to go to Vegas to watch a fight @T-mobile Arena with another friend and do Vegas stuff( party, drink, gamble) It was a literally last min thing! Everything was booked days before departure: flight, hotel, etc.. I didn't know a whole lot about Japan besides the basic things like sushi, cars, Tokyo! It was 10 unexpected but memorable days! Its the first time I ever pick up a camera and i start a vlogging with it!! Its was a bit embarrassing filming in public that's why you only see me filming in tourist sites but i promise you that would slowly go away as i get used to it! Things I didn't want to film were Roppongi nightlife, local restaurants/bars, massage parlor It was an unforgettable experience! Hopefully i get a chance to go back in the future but maybe go else ware like Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka !
I was only in Tokyo and Tokyo only! If you have any Question feel free to comment! I'll do a Q&A if necessary!

My Trip to Japan!...(sort of)
Today I met up with my boxing buddy, Karin, at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens! Its about as close as you can get to Japan without leaving West Boca. I got so much more footage than what I put in the edit, but I didn't want the vlog to go on forever lol. If you are in the area, you should most definitely check it out!

Big Tokyo Summer Festival
Torigoe Festival (鳥越祭り) in Kuramae. This is a snapshot. I was shoulder to shoulder with a large group of people and couldn't move or talk much.
It's one of Tokyo's biggest festival. Locals carry a very heavy omikoshi (portable shrine) made of gold that weighs -- A LOT. They are carrying the god of the shrine so it's a very important festival to Japanese and the people of Taito ward in Tokyo who love around Torigoe Shrine.
Kuramae is a 5-10 min walk from Asakusa.

Amazing Bar: Tokyo Whisky Library | Japan VLOG Day 3 (Part 3)
After enjoying the cat cafe at Harajuku, we leave the madness behind and walk over to the Meiji Shrine across the street. However, it was late in the day and Meiji grounds were closing in 15 minutes. I rushed to get some footage but the sun was setting quickly!
Wandering the street of Omotesando, we look for a place to eat dinner. We settled on a Yakitori place and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was.
After dinner, drinks were next on the list so we headed to the Tokyo Whisky Library, which became, by far, one of my favorite bars in Tokyo. Great service, ridiculous selection of whiskey, and sultry ambiance.

Tokyo Asakusa - Mount Fuji - Kawaguchiko Lake JAPAN 2019
It is my first time to go to Japan, and first time walking as far as 16,840 footsteps in one day, June 15th, 2019.
There are many places to enjoy stunning views of Mt. Fuji, but few are as picturesque an area as Lake Kawaguchiko. Not only is it remarkably beautiful, there’s plenty to do in the area too. Active folks will want to cycle, hike, or go fishing; while those who prefer more leisurely activities might like to explore the many museums surrounding the lake.
Our itinerary takes you on a leisurely exploration of some great sights in the Lake Kawaguchiko area - with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji.
