I want to introduce people to Korea’s amazing surf culture in Yangyang.

When I first visited Yangyang I immediately fell in love with the people, lifestyle and culture.

I hope by seeing this video and by visiting this place people can share the same experience I have.

Yangyang has an awesome surf culture, amazing people, great food and awesome beach bars.

When I first came to Korea I would have never expected there to be a laid back Surf culture because generally Korea tends to have a busy busy fast paced lifestyle in the big cities.

However, Yangyang completely surprised me from the mindset of the local people to the wonderful atmosphere.

제가 양양에 처음 방문 하였을때, 바로 멋진 사람들과, 라이프스타일 그리고 문화와 사랑에 빠져버렸습니다.
제가 바라는 것은 이 비디오를 통해 사람들이 양양에 와서 제가 느낀 똑같은 감정을 느꼈으면 하는 것입니다.

양양은 정말 멋진 서핑 문화, 맛있는 음식 그리고 멋진 해변의 바(bar)들을 가지고 있습니다
제가 한국에 처음 왔을때, 이렇게 느긋하며 여유로운 서핑문화가 있을거라곤 기대하지 못했습니다. 왜냐하면 한국의 대도시는 빨리빨리 문화가 자리잡고 있기 때문이었습니다.
하지만, 양양의 사람들과 멋진 분위기는 절 매우 놀라게 했습니다.

Hua Hin Monkey Mountain (Khao Takiab ) Thailand - Chopstick Hill, Wat Khao Lad Temple

Khao Takiab mountain, better known as Monkey Mountain, is a famous mountain overlooking the beaches of Hua Hin, Thailand.

There are thousands of monkeys that live at the mountain and in the area, and they love to hang out at the base of Wat Khao Lad temple during the day.

If you want to feed them, they sell bananas, corn and peanuts at a small shop near the temple. If you walk around with food and drinks in your hands then you are just asking for trouble.The monkeys are extremely curious and pretty daring at times. They are even known to grab food right out of peoples hands and climb all over you.

Of course, I had to check this place out! And, I'm happy I did.

Also, be sure to walk up the stairs to the temple at the top - the views are AMAZING!

Vang Vieng is going to be our home for a few days. We know that Vang Vieng is best know for tubing adventures but we decided to day at a resort. After all of our crazy travels backpacking through Southeast Asia we wanted to relax and catch up on our daily vlogs. Near the end of our trip to Laos we decided to stayed at the green view resort near Vang Vieng. The resort had free kayaks that we used to go to the best Laos monkey island but on our way back our kayak started to sink. We did find geckos in our hotel room but the view was amazing and nearby was the best Laos monkey island.

If you have any questions or comments we read all messages and try to respond to any we receive.

We discovered our passion for traveling, beginning with our destination wedding in Jamaica in 2007. This year we decided to leave everything behind with a goal of traveling to 30 countries. We intend to record our experiences with a day in the life vlog, with the hopes of inspiring others to get out and see the world! Exploring Costa Rica

I spent a week in Costa Rica this past May for the 3rd straight year. We usually spend most of our time surfing in and exploring around Playa Jaco and Playa Hermosa but this year I decided to switch it up and explore a bit more of what Costa Rica has to offer. I spent a few days in Arenal exploring the hot springs, climbing to the top of Cerro Chatto and swimming in the La Fortuna Waterfall. After that I set out on the road to southern Costa to spend some time in Manuel Antonio seeing some of the most beautiful beaches, monkeys, and sloths before heading to Nauyaca to visit some of the craziest waterfalls I've ever seen. Even though the surf ended up being disappointing, I think this may have been my favorite trip yet.
