This is the biggest video project that I have done yet. Local Tucson band, Forrest, had a show at the Club Congress concert venue and absolutely rocked the house. I could not be more grateful for the opportunity that they gave me. I apologize for the sub-par audio, for I was unable to get an actual recording! It's using the audio from a GoPro hero camera, so the audio is not the greatest.

How Does a DUI Conviction Affect One’s Life?
Drinking and driving is far from a good idea, but there are many who have gotten into their car after having a glass of wine at a symphony intermission, or a couple of beers at a ball game. In many cases, that person feels fine, and in the moment, they don’t see the point in leaving their car and spending money on a taxi-cab and extra parking fees when they can just drive home. Some find themselves facing this scenario on several occasions. For others, it is the exception to the rule. In either case, the last thing they are expecting is to get pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence.
Those who have lost a loved one, or have been seriously hurt themselves because of someone who has been drinking and driving, can easily develop the attitude that a DUI is just plain bad. News reports of serious alcohol-related accidents often report blood alcohol content levels of those involved in these accidents as very high – often two to three times Arizona’s legal blood alcohol level of .08 %. Commercial drivers, such as truck and bus drivers, are limited to .04%, and those under 21 are subject to Arizona’s zero tolerance policy, and cannot be caught with any alcohol in their system at all.
Charts are made in an attempt to keep people aware of how much they are supposed to be able to drink based on their body weight, but these charts are not always reliable. And Arizona’s penalties for drinking and driving are among the toughest in the nation. Even on a first offense, the driver will spend a minimum of one day in jail, with the possibility of substantially more time depending on the level of VAC. There are also fines and court fees that start at a minimum of approximately $1,500.00 and administrative consequences, such as suspension of the person’s driver’s license, which can be from three months up to a year. Following a DUI conviction, a person will also be required to install an Interlock Ignition Device on any vehicle he or she intends to drive, which is an additional significant expense. All of these penalties, including the fines, the jail time, and the length of the license suspension, increase in severity with each subsequent DUI conviction, and a third DUI within seven years will automatically be charged as a felony offense.

Everyday things like going to work, to the grocery store, or out to a movie need to be rearranged, and suddenly, you find you’re forced to rely on other people’s schedules rather than your own.
