This video is a walking tour of Mostar.
Day trip to Sarajevo and Mostar 2019 | Bosnia and Herzegovina ???????? | Balkan Road Trip | Ep.7
Sarajevo and Mostar are the top two cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina that you must see visiting this country. As usual, we took a free walking tour with a local tour guide.
Every corner of Sarajevo is full of history, and almost every building wears bullet holes that remind us about the most recent war.
PS: In the video, we mention that Sarajevo is the capital of Serbia which is wrong as it's the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina! The mistake was on my part as we were working on this video after the one from Serbia ( and we got things a little mixed up!
Mostar is a very lively, beautiful town, full of tourists who just like us, came to admire the famous bridge and its brave divers. We hope that this short travel guide will convince you to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina.

10 Things to do in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina Travel Guide Video Transcript: (Мостар)
Welcome to Mostar! In today’s video we’re showing you around one of the great gems of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mostar was one of the many stops of our travels through the Balkans, but it ranked right at the very top! This city is as postcard-perfect as they come, complete with Ottoman constructions, soaring minarets, and colourful buildings that overlook the emerald waters of the Neretva River. Our time here was spent wandering through the markets, sampling local dishes, and visiting a few mosques and museums along the way, so come and join us in this travel guide as we show you around Mostar (Мостар) and give you a few ideas for your own trip!
This street is lined with restaurants, cafes, and hotels, but as you approach the famed Old Bridge, it turns into a bit of a bazaar with small shops that are bursting at the seams with souvenirs.
Stari Most, also known as the Old Bridge, which is the city’s main landmark. This 16th-century Ottoman bridge joins the two parts of the city across the River Neretva.
And that’s a wrap for Mostar! This was one of our favourite destinations of 2017.
With its Ottoman architectural wonders, delicious dishes served in heaping platters, and warm locals who take hospitality to a whole new level, there’s a lot to love about the city! Mostar is strikingly beautiful, but it’s the people who give the place its soul.
Yes, the city’s been through a lot, and it still bears the scars of a horrible war fought in the 90s, but Mostar has picked itself up and is showing visitors all it has to offer.
We hope you enjoyed getting to experience this city through our eyes on this travel guide, and as always, if you have any other suggestions of things to do in Mostar, feel free to share your tips with travellers in the comments below.

Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina | The Perfect One Day Itinerary & Things To Do
We spent an entire day exploring Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina with the perfect one day itinerary! There are some truly great things to do, and most of them have to do with Bosnia's complicated history.
We started our day in Mostar at the most iconic place: the Stari Most bridge. This Ottoman-style bridge was originally built back in the 16th century, but was destroyed in the 1990's during the Bosnian war. It was rebuilt and reopened in 2004! We even found the staircase that leads down to the Neretva River banks and viewed the bridge from down below.
Next up, we checked out a beautiful mosque and the old bazaar. After that, it was time for an authentic Bosnian breakfast! We ate at Restoran Lagero overlooking the bridge. The food and views were both spectacular!
After that, we visited the old sniping tower, the Spanish square, Park Zrinjevac, the Croatian Lodge, and so much more! At the end of the video, we get drinks at an awesome local cafe/bar recommended by our Airbnb host. It's called Coco Loco and we highly recommend it!

Mostar - Bosnia & Herzegovina, summer impression from Mostar
Impressions from beautiful Bosnian town Mostar, as you can see the well know bridge Stari Most has been completely rebuild, the you men you see on the bridge are actually jumping from there, in addition to the height, which makes it a scare operation, it is apparently also require good health to cope with the huge difference between Air and water temperature, somebody told me that the water is not more then 15-16 degrees, and air temperature can be up to 50 in the summer

Beautiful Mostar - Bosnia & Herzegovina Vlog
Today I woke up in beautiful Mostar, which is the fifth largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I made my way to the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque for 9am when it opened. For 6€ you could enter the mosque, climb the minaret and get access to a viewing point. It is quite unusual to be able to enter a mosque so I found it very interesting to see. I continued my day with exploring the Stari Most bridge, watching cliff divers and taking a boat on the river. In the afternoon I went to the Museum Of War And Genocide Victims where the entrance cost 10 Bosnian Mark. The museum was very informative and touching. I got to know so much about the awful happenings that occurred during the Yugoslavian war.
