View ten minutes of Moosehead Lake from the Indian Trail on the side of Mt. Kineo. Watch boaters leave wakes across the water and the ferry travel across the lake bringing passengers from the landing at Mount Kineo State Park back to the landing at Rockwood. This is definitely a hike worth taking, especially for the 360 degree view of Moosehead Lake from the fire tower at the top!

Mt Kineo
My friends and I set out to climb the elusive chain trail which scales the cliff face of Mt. Kineo on Moosehead lake in Maine. What began as a mistaken ID transcended into the climb of my life, and not to mention a climb for my life when i realized I had mistakenly scrambled up the wrong part of the cliff face to a point that made a safe descent unmanageable.
I captured this with a gopro hero 2 HD video camera. Stuff like this happens to me all of the time out in the woods and throughout the course of my life. Seeing as I got the camera for Christmas this year, this is the first such adventure that I've had the opportunity to document... You can surely expect more... Enjoy!

Northern Maine - The Hundred Mile Wilderness (Drone 4K)
This drone video features Northern Maine and parts of The Hundred Mile Wilderness including the Appalachian Trail, The Golden Road, Borestone Mountain, Mount Kineo, Moosehead Lake, and Little Wilson Falls. This aerial drone video features Mount Katahdin which is the highest mountain in the U.S. state of Maine at 5,267 feet and it is the starting or ending point for the Appalachian Trail.
The approximate cost of this video was $200 which included travel, but excluded equipment. This film was captured using the DJI Mavic 2 Pro in H265 DLOG at 30 FPS. This video was created entirely for hobby purposes.
