83% of the population in Bali follows Hinduism. It is interesting to know that Bali is one of the provinces of Indonesia, which is World's largest Muslim country by population. So, for me, this is the biggest similarity between Bali and India, places carrying ageless traditions of harmony and peaceful coexistence.
In this video, you'll also get to know about:
1. Rental bikes in Bali,
2. Ubud (A must visit destination for nature lovers)
3. Tanah Lot: a famous Hindu temple
4. Batik: A popular traditional Balinese art
5. Tariff of Anvaya beach Resort, the place where I stayed in Bali

The Yoga Barn, Bali: A Place of Transformation
The Yoga Barn is a place of self-enquiry, healing and transformation. In this video long-time friends, original teachers and Yoga masters share their early experiences and sentiments about the magic of The Yoga Barn. A place nestled into the mountain village of Ubud, a once humble single studio now spanning across strikingly calm and beautiful tropical gardens. It is a place of community, of spiritual uplift, yoga and the healing arts, and one that draws in a global community of spiritual masters and seekers, in a melting pot of conscious awakening, breath and movement. It is a place where real and lasting transformation continues to take place every day of the year.

Balinese Love Frequencies
Balinesse MediTaTion Music
LoVE Frequencies II
Increase your Charisma and Inner Beauty.
This is a meditation music in a Balinesse ambiance with a Rindik instrument (Bamboo Balinesse Gamelan) .528 is a simple number that is central to the “musical mathematical matrix of creation.” This LOVE vibration harmonically resonates in your heart inaudibly connecting your spiritual essence to the spiraling reality of heaven and earth. Even the parallel universes connect to the center of your heart by this LOVE channel broadcasting matter and energy according to the laws of physics. In fact, 528 is fundamental to these laws. This frequency, more than any other, epitomizes the unified field of musical metaphysics in the matrix of the spiraling fractal universe.
This recording contains the following subliminal messages :
• Yes! I can love and be loved
• Joy and beauty fill my life
• My heart is open, my heart is wise and mature
• I feel my love attracting love
• I attract the love I desire
• I rest in the arms of loveYes! I can be fulfilled
• I love myself, I appreciate myself
• I feel connected to the power of love in my life
• I yearn for love with total self-appreciation
• I let my desire activate every part of my being
• I let my heart be touched, I let the magic flow
• I awaken to the touch of love
• My love attracts equal and balanced love
• I am open and available, passionate and full
• I am receiving love, love comes to me
• I feel turned on, I can be touched
• Every cell of my body exudes beauty and love
• This love that is mine creates miracles in my world
• I feel the movement of love in all of my life
Increase your Charisma and Inner Beauty.

Manfaatnya :
Salam Cahaya

Trash Hero Indonesia: PF 2017
So how was the 2016 for Trash Hero Indonesia?
Trash Hero Komodo:
What a year for Trash Hero Komodo it has been! We started 2016 by joining forces with P2L and Bpk Kennedy Diaz, together we have cleaned the town every week and have arranged water refill stations at several big public events to show that disposable plastics are not needed.
Together with Stephanie Heighes we have recruited customers for the new recycling collection service '3R'. We have assisted Nina van Toulon (Eco Flores) and Susilowati Koopman (Maumere Bank Sampah) on the start up of Green Indonesia, an environmental training program for local teachers.
Thank you for all joint efforts, idea sharing and new friendships, together we are truly stronger!
To date: 800 people, 62 cleanups, 13,634 kg
TRASH HERO CANDIDASA:
Trash Hero Candidasa started on the nice sunny Sunday at 5pm, May 1st 2016. with the first cleanup. On the very first cleanup we had 44 heroes joining and collected 93kg of trash. Since than we`ve gone through 34 clean ups (by the endof the year will be 35). We had 1123 heroes joining weekly clean ups while collecting 2398 kg of trash in Candidasa area. Every week we visit different village in radius of 20km, from Buitan village to Samuh. At the clean up we had different friends joining with the scope of education and we arranged 4 workshops on recycling, up-cycling and awareness on how long will plastic last in the nature. In June we took 12 Balinese kids from Samuh Tunas Harapan (local ngo) to visit Sustainable Fair in the Green School with the scope of education and of course fun! They have met other kids who are also interested in up-cycling and learned some new skill through games. With the help of the dive centers in the area, especially Diving. De, we have posted 6 big educational signs/poster around Candidasa area. They show how long will trash last in the ocean and also how does it influence food chain. Signs are made very sturdy with the idea of not creating more trash but making them to last. They are also posted in areas with increase traffic. Other successful project is done together with Budi Cadas and his trash bank. We succeeded in finding donations for 40 trash bins in Samuh area from which trash will be collected weekly, sorted out and sent to recycling. Budi has as well arranged monthly trash collection in Samuh area for the households. We are looking forward to next year, with introducing the steel water bottles and working with businesses on setting up water refilling station. 2016 was a great year thanks to all Trash Heroes involved ????
TRASH HERO AMED:
The biggest things of this year were:
Our biggest turn up ever with 104 volunteers
We became financially indépendant from Peduli Alam to start our 2nd year
We now have a monthly regular sponsor which is BaliKu Dive Resort and gives 500K every month no matter what
We have a Team of 5-6 people that are part of the leadership team of THA
We launched our Instagram account
We reached 1500 Likes on FB
We introduced T shirts for everyone and especially the kids for whom it's free
I think these are our biggest landmarks for this year! ????
TRASH HERO SANUR:
clean up 47
heroes 1372
total kilos 7990
achieved greatness! hahaha
achieved support from local organisations attended festivals
gave presentations at dive schools
started a workshop
up cycled trash
got other chapters started

goals for 2017:
bottles project
re usable bags
straws distribute
recycle whats collected
2018 goals:
bins around
workshop
educate schools
link with various chapters
created app smartphone
TRASH HERO UBUD:
At the beginning of 2016, Trash Hero Ubud didn't even exist. We started with a couple of foreigners, and as the word spread, our Clean Ups increased in size: we now see about 30 to 40 people gathering each week to do so. While getting the numbers up has been good, the bigger achievement was our success in reaching out to the local population. About half of our Clean Ups are now comprised of Indonesians, mostly from Bali, but some from other islands as well. We created an organizational framework with specific job responsibilities for about 12 people, so that roles are clearly defined, and not any one of us ends up feeling burned out. Perhaps more important, we developed both short range plans and a longer range vision – with the intent to affect widespread change. On a community level, we procured T-shirts so that we're visually recognized, we engaged six local businesses as sponsors, we brought many schoolchildren into the movement, and we created strong ties within the Ubud community. In November we hosted the first ever Trash Hero Summit – a three-day gathering of leaders from Trash Hero chapters in Indonesia - which put faces to names, enabled us to share ideas, challenges and goals, and strengthened the Trash Hero movement within Indonesia.

Bali Mornings ????Yoga || Self-care || Healing || Ritualistic Medicine
????
I’ve never felt comfortable with the word ‘feminine’. Female. Being a woman and everything that comes with it. Being sexual, but not too sexual. Being strong but not too strong. Being tender and pretty but not weak or dependent. Being independent and self-sufficient but not stubborn or closed off. Being open and available, but also mysterious and not too available.
You’re a teenage girl and you want to be your own but also fit in. Your parents tell you to grow up but talk to you like a child. Your teachers want you to be responsible but give you no responsibilities worth responding to. Your friends want you to be like them but also not exactly like them and YOU, you just want to do your thing. I just wanted to close my eyes and move to the music. On my own, with no one watching. I just wanted to dream and shape, create and float away.
I have not found a more intimate, private, mysterious and feminine practice than this physical practice with myself. You call it yoga, meditation, movement .. I call it ritualistic medicine. A ritual with myself, to heal myself, to honour myself. A steady beat guiding my breath, and if you really give yourself to it you will feel your own breath touching you from the inside. Intimate. You will close your eyes and you will feel yourself moving, slowly, like a wave starting from your core, the birth of an inhale and it floats like the ocean through your body making ripples, movement and twists, and as you exhale it all goes back the other way but in new ways and I never experienced the joy of having a body until I found this practice. This medicine. I’ve studies anatomy, nutrition, peak performance and choreographies, but here, in this, none of that matters. I carry the studies with me, deep in that library somewhere inside, but here they don’t rule me.
I find myself looking up to the sky more, but also closing my eyes to hear my heart more. The more I practice the more I find the same salvation in both. The sky as in myself with my eyes closed, like it’s all the same. The sky in my chest. My breath in the sky.
And I feel freer and more open and I feel loved, without anyone there giving me love. How profound is that? Feeling loved without anyone there to give me love.
A spiritual practice is the most intimate sexual feminine private thing I have found and it’s healing every little open wound I’ve collected through my childhood and teenage years. The many ways you should be and want to be and couldn’t be and didn’t want to be and now, finally, I will just be. In this I feel strong and vulnerable at the same time. Independent but open, beautiful without trying to be beautiful. I feel feminne but safe, feminine but strong, feminine but fragile, feminine without every single negative connotation that word has with it
and it’s all calm and silent and beautiful.
If there is a word or label you’re still trying to find peace with, re-label it. Create your own meaning for it. Make your own ‘feminine’. Make your own ‘sexy’. And own it. This is intimacy for me. What is it for you?
BEST VEGAN FOOD IN BALI ????
Today's video is all about the best vegan food in Bali.
___
{Si vous souhaitez les sous-titres, dites-le moi dans les commentaires, sinon je pense arrêter les faire car c'est teeeeelllement long à faire... surtout si c'est que, genre, 2 personnes qui les utilisent.}
The jury's still out on Bali...
Some say it's too tourist-y.
Some say it's über spiritual and an energetic hotspot.
I've not really made up my mind honestly, but I will tell you this... there's some wicked good #veganfood, and that's all that matters for today.
????Will Travel For Food #vegantravel !
Foodie that I am, I must admit to food-motivated travel.
There are those who travel for beaches or temples, history, or even shopping... I'd say one of my primary delights in seeing the world is hunting down the most delish vegan cake and chewy noodles. (We all have our priorities and passions, don't judge.) And for the most part, Bali delivered in these departments. A bit less so cake-wise, in my opinion, but if you're into raw cakes, Bali should be on your short (cake) list.
So today I'm sharing my list of the crème de la crème of this little touristic-albeit-spiritual Indonesian Island – my own Best of Vegan Bali.
Have you been to Bali? Do you agree or disagree with my picks? Have I missed anything? (Yes, actually, Zest Ubud... but it was so good we forgot to film. *gasp* Can you imagine? I know, I know. I'm sorry. Let's call it waffle brain.)
Wishing you a fantastic weekend. Leave me a comment? I'm feeling rrrreally far away, and would love to hear from you all.
❤
Ann

Mini Tropical Garden & Vlog
For years I have been inspired by pictures I have seen of gardens in places like, Bali, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia overall. Gardens where tropical plants are grown around elements of a home or building with bright vibrant colors and lush vegetative growth filling in the surroundings. I have wanted to incorporate elements of water and non-organic media in with some plants for a long time. I did this by setting up a D.I.Y fountain with a potted water lotus and potted waterlily and filling in the area with tropical plants. Using water and the blue pottery symbolizes water, and not just symbolizes, the fountain and water gardens ARE the elements of water. Water represents tranquility, flow and movement and vitality, which goes well with plants since they also represent similar elements. Having these elements combined creates a serene and tranquil surrounding.
Setting up a D.I.Y ( do it yourself ) fountain is simple! D.I.Y fountains only require a couple of pots (one with and one without a drainage hole), a few bricks to elevate another pot, a small fountain pump and correlating tubing to pump size and hole in the bottom of the pot. The birds have been enjoying the fountain and using the fountain as a bird bath in the morning, which is probably great for the water hyacinth because they will use the nutrients from any droppings in the water. Plants used around the D.I.Y water garden and D.I.Y fountain include: heliconia ( false bird of paradise ), croton, macho fern, bromeliads, Ginger (curcuma), Ixora, Dracaena reflexa 'song of india', water hyacinth, waterlily 'southern charm' waterlily 'wanvisa', lotus 'decorated lantern', adonidia palms ( christmas palm tree ). I especially love the varieagated foliage on the song of india! There are many wonderful plants, many of which are houseplants that would go well in a similar set up. Philodendrons, pothos, monstera, ficus lyrata, boston ferns, maiden hair fern, all dracaenas and cordyines, alocasias, bamboo, orchids.... really anything that makes the you happy is all that matters.
The rest of the video is simply an informal vlog of me playing around with ideas as I renovate this spot in the garden and play around my plants. I did do a quick how to D.I.Y fountain but it is buried in this 50 minute video so I will make another how to video that is quick and exclusive to that topic for those interested.

Bali Temple SCAM! - Goa Gajah Temple, Elephant Cave
Goa Gajah Temple
A temple in the heart of bali holds an incredible site of worship that's tainted with greed. On this episode we'll uncover the Bali temple scam.
Goa Gajah, a temple located near the central town of Ubud Bali is a tourist hotspot. The name Goa Gajah translates to Elephant Cave but upon visiting the temple there are no elephants in sight. This name comes from a small elephant carving inside the sacred cave. The temple is nearly 4 miles or 6 kilometers from Ubud on the western side of Bedulu village. Upon arriving to the temple you will be swarmed by shop owners trying to sell you a sarong to wear while walking around the temple. Sarongs are mandatory to wear while visiting any temples in Bali.
This used to be an ancient Buddhist temple but what’s left here are the remaining blocks that could be brought back to the temple. Larger sections of the temple still exist at the bottom of the ravine close by. Across from the buddhist temple are holy pools of water that were used by pilgrims to wash up before entering the cave to meditate. The pools are supposedly fed by holy water from under the ground. 7 Statues standing overtop of these pools represent the 7 great rivers of India.
At this point in your tour of the grounds guides will start to lock onto you like a eagle stalking its prey. The guides have 2 different approaches to scam tourists. In my case when I visited a man approached near the pools and asked if I’d like a guided tour for “20”. In Bali everything is abbreviated into numbers usually between 1 and 100 which are short for a 1000. In this case 20 meant 20,000 rupiah. 20,000 rupiah is about a dollar 50. Basically anywhere you go you’ll see 10 for a breakfast sandwich 18 for a cherimoya it's their common way of communicating the price without saying thousand every time. So the guide asked guided tour for 20? I said sure and he started explaining the different areas of the temple. After the first few areas we went over to the cave.
The cave is dark, small and not all that interesting on the inside, a typical meditation site like many of the others around Bali, except in a cave. The entrance though is awesome, the carvings in the stone are impressive, detailed and wacky. It is believed this worship site is over 1000 years old. The goa gajah temple itself was discovered then revealed to the public in 1923, then in 1954 the statue fountains and pool were discovered and painstakingly restored by archaeologists.
So back to the scam story, after a quick look inside the dark cave the guide started to complain about how expensive it is to have 7 children. He took me over to some flat stone platforms started talking about how he lives here and how he sleeps on this hard stone floor. He then started complaining how he doesn’t have any other job, the temple doesn’t pay him, and once again how his 7 children are so expensive to raise. I couldn’t help but think that maybe he should have been responsible with his actions and bought some contraception vs. complain to every tourist the walks in the door, and make it seem like his kids are tourists responsibility. I grew tired of his complains and presented him with the “20” or 20,000 rupiah. He gasped at me and demanded 20 US dollars. I was taken back, first off I’m not America so I don’t have US dollars and secondly I knew this was a scam considering the entrance fee into the temple was 15,000 rupiah or a dollar ten US. For those of you wondering the guided tour lasted 10 - 15 minutes which if his scam proves successful he’d be making around $100 US an hour. Now if we look at the average monthly income in Bali, it's around $200 US. After his ridiculous demand I said no 20,000 rupiah, he proceeded to change his tone from being a victim to being aggressive and angry. He threatened to get security if we don’t pay. I gave him 40,000 rupiah and said that’s all I had. He once again he threatened to call security and I said “go call em” and started walking away. The second he realized he wasn’t getting another dollar from me he swooped in on some new tourists who just walked into the temple area.
Now there are actually two different versions of this scam. Some people will refuse to take him up on his offer of the guided tour, he’ll then just follow the tourists around explaining the areas as they go through the temple. He’s like a pesky fly you can’t get rid of except once he notices people start to head for the exit he’ll demand 200,000 rupiah or 15 US dollars. Once again if denied he’ll threaten to call security.

Bali Spirit Festival 2019
The goal of the BaliSpirit Festival is to awaken and nourish each individual’s potential for positive change within, leading to positive change in our homes, in our communities, and around the world. Through beneficial and inspirational traditions of Yoga, Dance, and Music, the BaliSpirit Festival illustrates the Balinese Hindu concept of Tri Hita Karana: living in harmony with our spiritual, social, and natural environments. Committed, particularly, to nourishing our own home in Bali, the founders of the BaliSpirit Festival pledge to provide financial, logistical, and organizational support to local charities, with a special emphasis on children’s programs, multicultural education and performance, healthcare, HIV& AIDS awareness, and environmental conservation in Bali and greater Indonesia.
EMBODY FEMININE LEADERSHIP (for men and women)
Are you a leader?
A change maker?
A world shaker?
Do you have a vision or a mission and are committed to doing something about it?
Are you aware that the old way of leadership is limiting your impact in the world and holding back your power?
No matter where you are in your leadership journey, this seminar will give keys to activate a whole new level of genius when it comes to owning one personal power and sharing it with the world.
Whether you are leading a Nation, a Company or a Family, or simply your own unique life, each one of us is a leader and as such we have the responsibility to fine tune our leadership skills.
To become whole integrated beings with both our Healthy Masculine and our Healthy Feminine expressions.
We are carving a new pathway for the future generations, we have come to bring a new paradigm, to substitute the state of mind called patriarchy for a state of being called oneness!
Come to meet other Change-makers, world shakers and inspiring leaders in a Seminar/Mastermind to activate our integrated full leadership!!
TRANSFORMATIONAL DANCE
This workshop is a dance party! A journey inwards through our bodies. An epic experience that uses dance and music to send you deep into your own wisdom and high into ecstatic expression!
The human experience happens in many layers simultaneously and often we forget to tap into the wisdom of our physicality.
Memories are stored in the human body more than they are stored in the human mind.
In this workshop, Layla will guide us through free movement and specific dance patterns into unlocking this information, finding our authentic self-expression. She will help us trace a map that we can take with us and apply anytime we want to connect with the inner wisdom that our avatars posses.
No previous knowledge of dance is required, but a deep awareness of our bodies will be encouraged.
CONSCIOUSLY CREATE YOUR REALITY
