VISITING DINOSAURS AT THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCES, BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
The Museum of Natural Sciences, better known as Brussels’ Dinosaur Museum, holds the secrets to one of the world’s most important dino-discoveries – the Iguanodons of Bernissart.
The museum is a part of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences. Its most important pieces are 30 fossilised Iguanodon skeletons, which were discovered in 1878 in Bernissart, Belgium. The dinosaur hall of the museum is the world's largest museum hall completely dedicated to dinosaurs.

The majority of journalists around the world have chosen to develop their subject on controversial and sensational themes: violence, war, crime. But all these facts represent only 1% of our world and its inhabitants, forgetting the remaining 99% of which we never speak.
I chose to visit every country on the planet and film them to present them in High Definition format but in a raw way, without music, without comment. Simply, reality in all its truth. Thus, you will be able to make your own idea of the world in which you live.
Currently, I have already visited nearly 170 countries and my world tour continues thanks to you who follow me.

The Atomium of Brussels (inside)
The Atomium is a building in Brussels originally constructed for Expo 58, the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. Designed by the engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André and Jean Polak, it stands 102 m (335 ft) tall. Its nine 18 m (59 ft) diameter stainless steel clad spheres are connected so that the whole forms the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times. It is a museum.

Cinquantenaire-Jubel Park-Brussels:
Parc du Cinquantenaire is a large public, urban park (30 hectares) in the easternmost part of the European Quarter in Brussels, Belgium.
Most buildings of the U-shaped complex which dominate the park were commissioned by the Belgian government under the patronage of King Leopold II for the 1880 National Exhibition commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of Belgian independence. During successive exhibitions in the same area, more structures were added. The centrepiece triumphal arch was erected in 1905 replacing a previous temporary version of the arcade by Gédéon Bordiau. The structures were built in iron, glass and stone, symbolising the economic and industrial performance of Belgium. The surrounding 30-hectare park esplanade was full of picturesque gardens, ponds and waterfalls. It housed several trade fairs, exhibitions and festivals at the beginning of the century. In 1930 the government decided to reserve Cinquantenaire for use as a leisure park.
The Royal Military Museum has been the sole tenant of the northern half of the complex since 1880. The southern half is occupied by the Cinquantenaire Museum and the AutoWorld Museum. The Temple of Human Passions, a remainder from 1886, and the Great Mosque of Brussels from 1978 are located in the north-western corner of the park.
Line 1 of the Brussels Metro and the Belliard Tunnel from Rue de la Loi pass underneath the park, the latter partly in an open section in front of the Arch. The nearest metro stations are Schuman to the west of the park, and Mérode immediately to the east.
Today the various buildings of the Cinquantenaire host three musea and one mosque. The surrounding park esplanade is used for several purposes in the summer, such as military parades and drive-in movies. It is also the starting point for the 20 km of Brussels, an annual run with 30,000 participants.

Designed for the hands-on enjoyment of children of all ages, the Brussels Toy Museum (Le Musée du Jouet de Bruxelles) is a sprawling collection of 25,000 toys owned by the 77-year-old André Raemdonck, a ceaselessly dedicated collector who has read 1,200 books on the subject in the course of amassing his hoard over 35 years. A tender and cheerful portrait of ageing, obsession and dedication, Sunday, We’ll See shows how a playful spirit can transcend the advancing years.

Visit to the Royal Museum for Central Africa Museum in Brussels
Black History Studies took a short break to Brussels in March 2013.We visited the Royal Museum for Central Africa of Belgium in Brussels.
In 1898, King Leopold II of Belgium established the Musée du Congo in Brussels as propoganda to display to the world his colonial triumph in the Congo and 'development and civilization' in Congo. Under King Leopold II, between the years 1885 and 1908, an estimated 10 million Africans died from forced labor, executions, torture, disease and starvation.
