Myeong-dong is one of the primary shopping districts in Seoul. The two main streets meet in the center of the block with one beginning from Myeong-dong Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line No. 4) and the other from Lotte Department Store at Euljiro. Many brand name shops and department stores line the streets and alleys. Common products for sale include clothes, shoes, and accessories. Unlike Namdaemun or Dongdaemun, many designer brands are sold in Myeong-dong. In addition, several major department stores have branches here, including Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, Myeong-dong Migliore, Noon Square and M Plaza. The department stores carry many premium labels and other fashionable goods at reasonable prices.
Myeong-dong also has family restaurants, fast food, plus Korean, Western and Japanese dining options. Many restaurants in Myeong-dong specialize in dongaseu (pork cutlet) and kalguksu (noodle soup). Other businesses in the area include hair salons, banks and theaters.

Myeong-dong is Seoul’s shopping mecca and is a must-see for tourists, but it is not just a shopping destination; Myeong-dong is also a hub of commerce, banking and culture with a daytime population of 1.5-2 million. For shoppers there is a mixture of street stalls and retail outlets selling everything from high fashion to casual attire, as well as many Korean cosmetics stores offering high-quality products at competitive prices. Myeong-dong is very popular with international visitors and fills with Japanese and Chinese tourists during the holiday period known as “Golden Week” which takes place in spring and is called golden week due to the week-long holiday period that takes place in Japan and China. Part of Myeong-dong’s popularity stems from relatively affordable prices here, especially compared to the other shopping meccas of Apgujeong-dong and Cheongdam-dong. -

I stayed in South Korea for just over 2 weeks and was able to complete this entire list of things to do in Seoul.
However, even though there are so many places to see and go, probably my favorite of all is eating and sampling delicious Korean food! Korean food is so good and there are so many restaurants everywhere you look in Seoul that it can truly be considered a foodie's paradise.

*I took Philippine Airlines and it takes about 4 hours from the Philippines to Incheon, Korea.
The airfare was around $340.
From Incheon going to Seoul, it would take about an hour travel.

This episode I went to super famous shopping district in Seoul Seoul, Korea.
Which is Myeongdong
Myeongdong literally means “Bright Town”
It’s super touristy, super famous and crowded place.
It’s near to other famous places such as Namdaemun market, City hall, and Jongno.
We had kalguksu which is chopped noodles soup, and it was so delicious !
Also went to Myeongdong Cathedral.
Not only it's a beautiful cathedral,
It also has a great meaning, because this church was a main place of pro-democracy movement in 1970s and 80s.
People usually come here for shopping, or to get some street food.
I usually prefer more quiet place with nature, but
sometimes it’s good to walk around, and feel the different vibe among so many random people.
