Naracoorte Lucindale Swimming Lake
Since its official opening in 1961 the Naracoorte Swimming Lake has been a focal point for the town and a popular base for tourists to the Limestone Coast.
The free Swimming Lake has needed continuous upgrades over the years to improve the level of service to the community and its visitors. XXXXX Naracoorte Lucindale's XXXXX manager has been involved in the day to day operations of the Lake, which contains more than 11 million litres of water (seven Olympic swimming pools).
More than 13,000 people used the Lake and its facilities and seven lifeguards and a supervisor are employed to patrol the Lake from December 1 to March 30 each year. It is estimated the cost to Council of maintaining this popular community and tourism attraction is around $18 per user.

The Blue Lake is a large, monomictic, crater lake located in a dormant volcanic maar associated with the Mount Gambier maar complex. The lake is situated near Mount Gambier in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia, and is one of four crater lakes on Mount Gambier maar.
Naracoorte Caves National Park is a national park near Naracoorte in the Limestone Coast tourism region in the south-east of South Australia (Australia). It was officially recognised in 1994 for its extensive fossil record when the site was inscribed on the World Heritage List, along with Riversleigh. The park preserves 6 km² of remnant vegetation, with 26 caves contained within the 3.05 km² World Heritage Area. Out of the 28 known caves in the park, only four are open to the public. Other caves are kept away from the public eye as they are important for scientific research and also for the protection of the caves and their contents. Many of the caves contain spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.

What: Driving Diary (12 month experimental project)
Where: South Australia
Why: To record 12 months of my life driving, and in the process reflect on my own driving behaviour and to possibly highlight how other ppl's behaviours can impact negatively on us. Accidents can be so easily avoided.
Sound: I only keep one CD in the car and change that weekly, so there will be some repetition. GPS also makes a few sounds and audible directions.
This is for educational (not punitive) purposes, it is my belief that citizens shouldn't police other citizens.
