PopimpressKA Present Ivan Valtchev
Ivan Valtchev, who was born in Germany an internationally acclaimed sculptor, painter and printmaker. Mr. Valtchev currently reside in New York City. His prints are included in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Department of Prints and Drawings, New York NY; the Royal academy of Fine Arts, Stockholm Sweden; Bibliotheque Nationale, Cabinet des Estampes, Paris, France; the Museum of the City of Geneva, Switzerland; and the Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown, Ohio, among others.
Mr. Valtchev's works has been shown widely in solo exhibitions around the world, most recently at the gallery Svarta Soffan, Stockholm, Sweden; the Horse SHow, Saratoga, NY; Synchronicity Space, New York, NY; and the University Club in Washington, D.C. He has participated in group shows ar galleries which include the Brighton Horizon Gallery. Bright, Sidney, Australia; the University of Arizona; and the Gallery Daniel Blaise Thorrens Fine Art, Basel, Switzerland.

Columbia is the capital city of South Carolina. It’s home to the South Carolina State House, a Greek Revival building set in gardens dotted with monuments. Riverbanks Zoo & Garden is a huge park with animal enclosures and botanical gardens. A diverse collection spanning centuries is on display at the Columbia Museum of Art. Dating to 1823, the Robert Mills House is a mansion and museum surrounded by ornate gardens.
The city is located approximately 13 miles (21 km) northwest of the geographic center of South Carolina, and is the primary city of the Midlands region of the state. It lies at the confluence of the Saluda River and the Broad River, which merge at Columbia to form the Congaree River. Columbia is home to the University of South Carolina, the state's flagship university and the largest in the state, and is also the site of Fort Jackson, the largest United States Army installation for Basic Combat Training. Columbia is also located 20 miles west of the site of McEntire Joint National Guard Base, which is operated by the U.S. Air Force and is used as a training base for the 169th Fighter Wing of The South Carolina Air National Guard. Columbia is also the location of the South Carolina State House, which is the center of government for the state. In 1860, the city was the location of the South Carolina Secession Convention, which marked the departure of the first state from the Union in the events leading up to the Civil War.

Quincy, Massachusetts
Quincy is a city in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. It is a major part of Metropolitan Boston and is Boston's immediate southern suburb. Its population in 2010 was 92,271, making it the 8th largest city in the state. Known as the City of Presidents, Quincy is the birthplace of two U.S. presidents — John Adams and his son John Quincy Adams — as well as John Hancock, a President of the Continental Congress and the first signer of the Declaration of Independence.
First settled in 1625, Quincy was briefly part of Dorchester and Boston before becoming the north precinct of Braintree in 1640. In 1792, Quincy was split off from Braintree; the new town was named after Colonel John Quincy, maternal grandfather of Abigail Adams and after whom John Quincy Adams was also named. Quincy became a city in 1888.

Afternoon you will visit the Cotton Museum which is a historical and cultural museum that is located on the former trading floor of the Memphis Cotton Exchange. Afterward, we are going to take a cruises sightseeing on the Mississippi River.

King Arthur II & Prince Madoc's voyage to America in AD 562
Alan Wilson & James Michael present this lecture in a College of Kentucky - one of several that Alan lectured at in his lecture tour of 1992. James Michael sadly passed away in January 2008. Were it not for his dedicated work little of this Arthur research would be known in the USA today.
This full documentary contains not just a presentation lecture but also extra footage which has never been broadcast until now. You will be shown some of the vast amounts of evidence concerning the voyage of Arthur 2 and Prince Madoc sailing from Britain to America during the 6th century - almost a thousand years before Columbus.
Also covered later in the documentary is James Michael explaining the ancient British Coelbren alphabet, and its connection to many inscriptions found in the America.
The establishment crooks have written off this Coelbren alphabet as the creation of a Welsh-British Antiquarian called Iolo Morganwg during the19th century, yet the authors easily show in their books how this accusation is completely false and they give many examples of its use and notice CENTURIES prior to the time of the alleged forgery.
The documentary is not always good quality in parts as it was only converted in 2008 using old VHS tapes originally recorded in 1992. Despite this it is a brilliant and informative documentary of how history -- like most things -- has been manipulated and forgotten.
Alan Wilson is now 80 years old and still going strong. He and his life-long fellow researcher Baram Blackett have written and published nine books. They also have available several documentaries (old and new) documenting their researches and what happens when you discover things the establishment doesn't want discovered.

During the winter of of 1778-1779, General Henry Knox commanded America's first institution to train military officers. This facility, located in Pluckemin, New Jersey, is a precursor to the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Lowell is a city in the U.S. Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Located in Middlesex County, Lowell (along with Cambridge) was a county seat until Massachusetts disbanded county government in 1999. With an estimated population of 109,945 in 2014, it is the fourth-largest city in Massachusetts, and the second-largest in the Boston metropolitan statistical area. The city is also part of a smaller Massachusetts statistical area called Greater Lowell, as well as New England's Merrimack Valley region.
Incorporated in 1826 to serve as a mill town, Lowell was named after Francis Cabot Lowell, a local figure in the Industrial Revolution. The city became known as the cradle of the American Industrial Revolution, due to a large series of textile mills and factories. Many of the Lowell's historic manufacturing sites were later preserved by the National Park Service to create Lowell National Historical Park. During the Cambodian genocide, the city took in an influx of refugees, leading to a Cambodia Town and America's second-largest Cambodian-American population.Lowell is home to two institutions of higher education.
Bicentennial Symposium: Poetry & the American People
As part of the celebration of the Library of Congress Bicentennial in 2000, it sponsored the symposium Poetry and the American People: Reading, Voice and Publication in the 19th and 20th Centuries featuring a number of distinguished speakers followed by an evening reading by Robert Pinsky (U.S. Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry from 1997-2000) and W.S. Merwin (U.S. Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry from 2010-2011 and special Bicentennial Consultant from 1999-2000). In addition to Pinksy and Merwin, featured speakers included Rita Dove (U.S. Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry from 1993-95), Louise Glück (U.S. Poet Laureate from 2003-04), and Witter Bynner Fellows for 2000--Naomi Shihab Nye and Joshua Weiner.
