National Museum of Contemporary Art: LISBON PORTUGAL
I spent 3 days in Lisbon Portugal and one of the places I visited was this Art Museum. I particularly enjoyed the biblically inspired Art and other cultural Art. There were some aspects of the Gallery I didn't like however, there's a lot inspiration to take from; for any type of artist/creative individual. They also had seasonal art exhibitions and overall it was a good experience. Hope you enjoy my short film and it inspires you to take a visit!

Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga (National Museum of Ancient Art) in Lisbon, Portugal (My sis & I visited this museum to see a painting of Magellan. Unfortunately, none could be found. The curator said that the painting might have been lent to Spain for an exhibition. Although disappointed, I nonetheless took the opportunity to film some of the eye-catching religious artifacts. Unlike other museums, this one allows taking photos and videos of its exhibits.)
Lisbon Tiles museum
the tiles museum is alon the Tagus river, in direction of Oceanarium.
The tiles are well presented, in chronological order. The museum is built in the Madre de Deus Convent, which is worth a visit on it's own

Lisbon, Portugal: Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga
The National Museum of Ancient Art (museu nacional de Arte Antiga) is the main painting museum in Lisbon. Besides works from old portuguese masters, the main work of the museum is the Temptations of St. Anthony by Hieronymus Bosch. There are also works by Piero della Francesca, Dürer, Lucas Cranach, Hans Holbein and Zurbaran.
The museum also has objects from the ancient voyages to Asia. Some of the most interesting objets are the Biombos Namban (folding screens) describing the arrival of portuguese vessels to japna in the 16th century.

Frank photographs everything that he can within about an hour in the Galleries of Rural Life within the National Ethnology Museum in Belem, Portugal. The lighting was dark and much is out of focus, but this represents for Frank the end of a search of about 45 years for these artifacts.
