We went to a CAT CAFE in KYOTO! | Neko Cafe TiME
*We'll add link to our second channel soon!*
Hi guys!
This is a little different video to our usual content: instead of our two kitties, we have a bunch of 12 cats in a Japanese cat cafe in Kyoto!
Here is their website, if you want to check them out:
We hope you enjoy! :)
Neko Cafe TiMe - A Cat Cafe in FUSHIMI INARI, KYOTO
At Neko Café TiME, cuddle with the cats, watch them play or snap photos of them basking in the sun. For a cost, you may give them a treat that is sure to catch all of their attention.
Nikko cat cafe Kyoto Japan
we stumbled across a cafe in Kyoto where you could pay about $10 AUD to hang out with felines for a while and enjoy some terrible coffee.

JAPAN DAY 5: KYOTO.. AND MAYBE ANOTHER CAT CAFE
We travelled to Kyoto today and despite the weather, it was still as beautiful if not more so! I was so happy to find a hello kitty cafe and a studio ghibli shop whilst there (as looking at all the shrines and temples was more of Neil's thing.) I may have also found ANOTHER cat cafe and after so much walking around all day, I think I deserved some feline company!

JAPAN DAY 4: CAT CAFE AND OSAKA AQUARIUM
We visited a cat cafe in Dotonbori (after it being shut last time we tried) and it was amazing! The cats weren't super friendly but if you pay to play with them and feed them, they're all yours. We finally had some of the best Ramen before heading to the Osaka Aquarium, which was crazy beautiful! The ferris wheel was right there so we gave it a go for the views and then stumbled upon a great shopping spot.. (I'm spending so much money in Japan & I don't even care!)

Cats of Kyoto ???? | Neko Cafe ???? | Japan Vlog
Hi guys! I hope you enjoyed this video as much as I enjoyed creating it. We have more Japan Vlogs to come. ????
Here are the places that we went to on this day:
Togetsu-kyo bridge
Sagano bamboo forest
Tenryu-ji temple (a world heritage site founded in 1939)
While I was at the Cat Cafe, they went to Fushimi lnari Taisya shrine which is 4 km climb. It is 233m above sea level with 10,000 arch shrines.
They said that it was so tiring and that I wouldn't last. Glad I was just chilling at the Cat Cafe. ????
That's all for today, thanks for watching! Don't forget to like this video and subscribe to my channel.
See you later! ????

Tokyo Cat Cafe Experience ★ ONLY in JAPAN #31 猫カフェ
Cat Cafes have been booming here in Tokyo. What's all the fuss about? John and Jennifer Juilen visit Temari no Ouchi Cat Cafe in Kichijoji, Tokyo. It's one of the top cat cafes in the city.
Temari no Ouchi has 20 cats, each one is like a rock star with a following of fans. There's Kinoko, an exotic short hair who's adorable sour face is unforgettable! In fact, the cafe has several breeds of cats to play with. Besides the cats, there inside looks like an amusement park and the food is very, shall I say Cat Cafe-ish?
Menu is here:
Cat Cafe Review:
Great place! I think the staff was friendly and there is a electronic bell on each table to call for service anytime.
The service seems slow, but that may be because they don't want to put the food on the table when you are playing with the cats.
The Mochi-Mochi Dog was very good! The Fuwa-Fuwa Latte has a paw print on it. Cute! It's an average tasting latte.
The cats are really friendly however, they get sleepy during the afternoon. It's a good idea to buy some of the cat food for 300 yen. The cats can smell it and they all come to play at your table when you open it.
Temari no Ouchi was very clean. It looks like a scene from a Ghibli movie and I felt like Totoro was going to come to say hello at anytime! The restroom is also really cute.
The staff does not speak much English but don't let that stop you! The menu has English and photos on it.
Things you Need to Know:
Cost
There's an entrance charge of 1,600 yen on the weekends, 1,200 on weekdays and 700 yen after 19:00.
This seems expensive but there is no time limit and no pressure to order anything. Most people stay for about 2 hours although there's no rule saying you have to leave until closing.
Menu
A coffee is around 480 yen. It comes in a paper cup with a lid to prevent the cats from drinking it.
Other drinks are between 500 and 600 yen.
Snacks start from 320 yen, but they also have lunch plates that cost around 750 yen.
They serve alcohol. Cocktails and beers between 500 and 550 yen.
The Rules
1) Don't hug the cats!
*Children under 10 are generally not allowed.
2) No flash photography
3) Don't feed the cats human food
4) Don't bring in outside food and drink
Everyone must wash their hands with alcohol at the entrance and there is a sink to wash your hands when you leave as well.
Temari no Ouchi is open from 10:00 to 21:00 daily.
