Langtang Valley Trek in Nepal - Heaven on Earth | A Complete Trekking Details
Trek in Nepal to Langtang Valley has been successfully accomplished by a group of six ladies from Malaysia and the trek was organized by Mountain Ram Adventures. The group had one guide and six porters. I was very happy to have joined with this group even though i was not on the Kyanjin Ri with them. But i enjoyed the silence of the mountain while climbing up to Kyanjin Ri 4773m. Oh by the way, Langshisakharka Valley was an unforgettable. What a beautiful weather we had while walking on that valley, had an amazing experience.
Langtang valley trekking in Nepal, is the perfect option if you are looking for a short, relatively easy, teahouse trek. It is a great introduction to Himalayan trekking, with the added bonus of breathtaking mountain views right from day one. Situated just a day's drive North of Kathmandu, this excellent trek follows the narrow Langtang valley heading up towards the Langtang glacier and the Tibetan border. About one fourth of the park is covered in forests of oak, maple, rhododendron, chir pine, hemlock and spruce and is home to a wide variety of animal and bird life. It is possible to see the endangered Himalayan red panda, pika, muntjack, musk deer, Himalayan black beer, Himalayan tahr, ghoral, serow, rhesus monkey and the common langur. Many different bird species can also be spotted as this region is a major route for migratory birds.

MARDI HIMAL TREK | Kande to Pitam Deurali | Nepal 2019
MARDI HIMAL TREK | Kande to Pitam Deurali | Nepal 2019
DAY 1
We had a late start. We didn’t start trekking till about 10:00am, which wasn’t a brilliant move. The route from Kande to PD was very open, so we had to hike under direct heat, when the sun was at its peak too.The seemingly endless flights of stairs (I’m not even exaggerating) was a real struggle. I was veeerrryyyy slow. I’m normally slow anyway, but on this day, I was especially slooo I could blame it on a couple of reasons: 1) I was code red. Only women will understand this struggle! 2) I travelled to Kathmandu straight from a night shift and then to another 7 hour bus journey to Pokhara the day after. Always on the move, never really had a proper rest before we started our trek. Seems reasonable? Or maybe I’m just really slow. ???? The views weren’t particularly amazing but we had a good laugh. I’ve never met a 6 footer so scared of a tiny little cockroach! ????

बन्दीपुर | The Ultimate Guide to Exploring Bandipur | Mapping Nepal
#MappingNepal #Bandipur #VMAG
One of Nepal's most beautiful but yet astonishingly less traveled hilltop settlement, Bandipur is a living, breathing gallery of Newari culture where the lifestyle is well preserved and stone-paved road is dotted with traditional architecture.
Today the village houses have evolved into modern cafes and home-stays, and the temples and monuments have been pulled back from the edge of ruin. And all thanks to its appealing 18th-century architecture, pedestrian zone and outdoor dining, it has a distinct European countryside vibe - something that will make the time come to a halt. Almost!
Historically, Bandipur was an important stop on the India–Tibet trade route for centuries until it was bypassed by the Prithvi Highway in the 1960s. While it has since turned to tourism, it still remains very much a living community, bustling with farmers and traders going about their business. It is one place that every Nepali NEEDS to visit at least once in their lifetime so that they pause to savor this discerning place and its lifestyle.
Trekking in Nepal's Earthquake Disaster Zone
We went trekking through the Langtang Valley area of Nepal, a region that was devestated in the 2015 earthquake. Since then they have rebuilt the area and the route is once again open for trekkers.
Thanks to HTM Nepal & Tourism Nepal for arranging the trip:

Pokhara, Ghandruk & Lwang (पोखरा, घान्द्रुक, ल्वाङ्ग ) | S01E02 | Visit Nepal 2020
For our second episode we travelled all the way to Pokhara, Lwang village & Ghandruk village. Whether its Boating in Fewa Lake, Paragliding, Bungee jump or Ultralight Pokhara was full of adventures. And visiting places like those ancient caves, Davis Falls, World Peace Stupa, definitely added peace of mind.
On the other hand, Lwang Community Homestay, the indigenous people there and their accommodation and hospitality, made us feel like we were in our second home. Visiting Ghandruk, was more about exploring the ancient culture and traditions of the Gurung people.
We want to share our experiences and memories of those 10 days that we spent in these three places.

Annapurna day trek from Pokhara | Nepal Travel
Today we get into the beautiful Annapurna mountains in Nepal for a days trekking. The scenery is NEXT LEVEL!

In this #Nepal travel guide, our Dragoman group ventures away from #Pokhara off into the mountains. We spend the day trekking towards the small village of Astam. We have views of the incredible #Annapurna Massif the entire way. It's absolutely stunning.
Annapurna Eco-Village is the perfect get-away from Pokhara. If you're planing on travelling to Nepal, this is one of the few tourist places left that is untouched and away from civilisation. The resort is 100% self sustaining. In fact many of the staff studied sustainability and #sustainabletourism overseas. It was one of our favourite places to visit in nepal.
Our tour is with #DragomanOverland. Their Nepal tour sees you travel around for three weeks in their specialty overland vehicles. We've travelled with Dragoman in Mongolia and they're absolutely fantastic. We cannot recommend this company enough.

Annapurna Circuit and Upper Mustang - Trekking Nepal
Me and my brother trekking 40 days around this vast, dry, mountainous area and catching up with local people to learn about their though but joyfull life over here, on top of the world.
Hiking In Nepal: Mohare Danda Trek In The Annapurna Himalayan Range
Have you ever gone hiking in Nepal?
Trekking in Nepal is an epic bucket list adventure. Recently, I got to do the Mohare Danda Trek in the Annapurna Himalayan Range.
This 5-day trek is is a stunning alternative to the more popular Poon Hill Trek. Honestly, I didn't see a single other hiker outside of my own trekking group.
I saw animals, high peaks -- like Fishtail Mountain, Annapurna Massif and Annapurna 2 -- and got to stay in local teahouses and homestays in remote places rarely accessed my tourists.
How cool is that?
*A big thanks to the Nepal Tourism Board and the Pacific Asia Travel Association for sponsoring my trip!
The drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu is long and bumpy but as city transforms into countryside I'm reminded of the journey ahead. Pokhara is a hippy city with conscious cafes, crystal shops and active adventures around Phewa lake, building my excitement for the Mohare Danda Trek ahead.
The trek, an off the beaten path five day hike through the Annapurna Himalayas begins three hours away in Jaleshwar.
Day one is three hours straight up hill to our teahouse accommodation in Bhaskar though the beautiful mountain views keep me going.
Day two is even harder with seven hours uphill but that's the price you pay to play in the clouds. With every set of stairs comes another view and we meet four-legged friends and locals along the way. We go up and down past giant boulders and through villages stopping for lunch with a view and a fun game of Carrom board before continuing on to Nangi village for the night. Views of Nepal's high peaks including Annapurna too enhance the stay.
Day three is another seven hours uphill. We enter Alpine forests with a new pup companion named Seto and head farther up into the clouds toward our goal destination Mohare Danda. The views along the way are some of my favorite of the whole trek. It's so stunning the rain doesn't even bother me and at three p.m we arrived at 3300 meters with high peak views, worth it.
On day four we begin descending towards Tikot village. While I love the trail animals there is a unwanted guest, leeches prevalent during monsoon season. We quickly scramble over rocks and through mud to avoid them though the mountains distract me. Along the way our porters find the rare Gasagomba, a caterpillar fungus that's also an aphrodisiac. Down and down we go past buffalo and streams and into fairy-tale woodland spilling out into wide open spaces until we reach Tikot. Momos and Chomain provide necessary fuel for exploring this adorable high altitude village.
As if the trek never happened we're on our final steep day five descent. I forget the physical pain of the trek focusing on gratitude, grateful to have gotten to hike through Nepal's Annapurna Himalayas. I cross the final bridge and wave the mountains goodbye. Alright, super sweaty just finished the Mohare Danda Trek in Nepal. Five days, over 22 hours of hiking and over 3300 meters in altitude.
A lot of fun but really hard.
KATHMANDU TO MUSTANG TRAVEL VLOG || ADVENTURE NEPAL ||
'' Fill your life with Adventures , not things ,have stories to tell not stuff to show ''.
Welcome to Nepal! Nepal is a beautiful landlocked country. Though it is small, the country has variations in landscapes from high, rocky Himalayan terrain, to green lustrous hills and flat, fertile Terai plains. The rich culture, scenic beauty, and heartwarming hospitality make Nepal a must-visit country. There are many ways one can opt to explore Nepal. However, to explore the Himalayan region, the best option is trekking. The Himalayan country of Nepal lies in Southern Asia. To the north is the autonomous region of Tibet, in the People’s Republic of China, and to the south is India. Roughly the shape of a rectangle, Nepal has a length of 885 km and a width ranging from 145 km to 241 km. Nepal also contains the largest mountain range on earth, the Himalayan Mountains. This creates an elevation profile that is one of the most extreme in the world. It ranges from a mere 70 meters above sea level to the highest point on earth, Mt. Everest at 8,848 meters. Because of this huge disparity in elevation all within a distance of 150 km, Nepal contains enormous climatic variations from sub-tropical to alpine. It is popularly known in the world for its incredible diversity of ecosystems. The high peaks of the Himalayas in the north quickly drops down to thick tropical jungles teeming with wildlife in the south on the way to the Ganges floodplain. Between the two extremes are glittering glaciers, thundering rivers, forested hills and terraced slopes. Besides an incredibly rich and diverse ecology, Nepal also has amazing cultural traditions. You can wonder at the exquisite craftsmanship and artistic ingenuity of the people then and now as you view the temples and historical palaces full of architectural value. Part of the religious and cultural fabric of Nepal is their numerous national and religious festivals. These festivals and ceremonies have been celebrated since time and can be seen at all times of the year. Nepal is also famously known for the warm hospitality given to every guest. For all who come to this mysterious realm awaiting you is an atmosphere of welcome and warmth. Nepal is a breathtaking and enchanting land of myths and legends to come, see, and experience.
