MSC Cruise Lines is offering balcony rooms for under $500 per person on it's brand new ship the MSC Seaside. The ship has been plagued with problems from raw sewage smells to poor service in the restaurants. Elevators not working or spas with out of order signs beside them are common complaints from passengers. Anyone who complains seems to get the run around treatment from the help desk.
