With a strong reputation as a community where residents can truly live, work and play, O’Fallon, Mo, is the seventh-largest city in the State of Missouri and the second-largest city in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. When O'Fallon voters passed Proposition 1 in April of 2015, the City's elected officials and staff immediately began the process of making the dream of a new justice center a reality. From the groundbreaking ceremony to the final beam being placed, construction progressed rapidly. Then the day arrived when residents, staff, and City of O'Fallon officials came together to celebrate the grand-opening of O'Fallon's new state-of-the-art $26.8 million dollar Justice Center.

Public Comments by Joshua Jenkins during the O'Fallon, Illinois City Council Meeting on October 7, 2019. Prior, the City's Community Development Subcommittee voted 3-3, almost preventing Cannabis Industry ballot measure calling for the industry to be allowed into O'Fallon.
The final vote was 8-5, allowing the initiative to go to ballot. Thank you for the efforts of all who were involved and the great people at Loyal Penguin!
