Exploring An Abandoned Cinema With Power Stil On! (Harlow)
Having been inside this building most of last Summer with my mates, I wasn't into taking pictures and recording then but now Since I am I thought I would give the Cinema a revisit. There has been no access since last summer. However, a month ago when i decided to do my weekly check on the building to see if there is a way in I realised someone had made a tiny hole that I could just about fit through.
**Since editing this video and going back to record some more clips the entrance I had used has now been re-boarded back up**
History:
This was the first new cinema to be built for Rank after the war (others were completions of pre-war schemes) and it opened on February 1, 1960 with Follow A Star.
The Odeon Cinema Harlow was designed by T. P. Bennett & Son and had 1,244 seats on a single floor in the stadium plan, with a stepped raised section at the rear instead of the normal overhanging balcony. The projection suite was suspended above the raised section of seating and had an almost level throw to the large screen.
In June 1987, it closed for tripling and the raised section at the rear was converted into two smaller cinemas whilst the front retained the original box and screen.
The Odeon Cinema Harlow was refurbished in 2001 and rebranded with the new Odeon style. This was despite the competition from a six-screen multiplex which opened back in 1990. Its future looked hopeful, however it was closed in August 2005. It was purchased days after closing by a local businessman, and the building still sits empty and unused in 2015.

Bustin' Ghosts In Worcester. Ghostbusters 2016 Promotion for the odeon
In July, our local Odeon invited us to do some promotional stuff for the release of Ghostbusters 2016. We had loads of fun walking around Worcester taking photos with people while live streaming to Facebook. Here's the best bits from the footage we took.
Big thanks to James Alan Taundry and the Odeon for inviting us.

Cycling from Taunton Railway Station to Hankridge Retail Park
Cyclecam ride the station to the retail park (Odeon Cinema, Bowling, Sainsbury's, B&Q etc)
Also see continuation video Hankridge to Blackbrook Business Park and Taunton Gateway Park and Ride.
Comments/ Issues:
1. UPDATE The new cyclepath from the station is now open. Turn left out of the longstay car park (platform 2) . The link from the station is at 14:20.50. Revised video coming soon.
2. 14:25:29 Bridge to Creech Castle. The path surface from here to the bridge (14:25:43) is often muddy and needs resurfacing.
3. 14:26:00 Path on right up to Bathpool Bridge. Poor muddy surface from here to 14:27:05 where it joins the road leading to the Odeon cinema/Bowling. Needs resurfacing/upgrading to cyclepath standard.
