Where: Renaissance Park ~ Harveysburg, Ohio – Conveniently located near Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus just minutes off I-71, exit 45 or I-75, exit 38 on State Route 73 in Warren County.
Theme: This 30-acre permanent village has been authentically and historically re-created in the flavor of 16th Century England.
Entertainment: Visitors will see a full day of entertainment including full-armored Jousting the way it was done over 400 years ago by real Knights in shining armor. Queen Elizabeth I presides over the festivities as dozens of Renaissance musicians, dancers, comedians, jugglers, sword-fighters, storytellers and hundreds of costumed performers entertain patrons of all ages on 12 stages in nearly 100 shows daily.
Arts & Crafts: More than 150 world-class artisans display wares in this unique shoppers’ paradise. Master artisans demonstrate timeless arts of glassblowing, jewelry making, blacksmithing, stone carving, leather crafting, weaving and more.
Food & Drink: Giant Turkey Leggs, Steak-On-A-Stake, Barbecue, Wraps, Stuffed Spuds, Bread Bowl Stews, Pizza Parlor, Hearty Ales, Flavorful Wines, Delectable Desserts and Vegetarian selections offer even the most discriminating taste buds a true Taste of the Renaissance.

Ohio Renaissance Festival Plug For October 2010 Meet Us
I shot this video as my first plug for the festival date that Tony and I are going to go to the Ohio Renaissance Festival up in Harveysburg, Ohio. Tony and I are planning on going to the festival on October 16, 2010. I am taking the time here in this video to show the web page for the festival itself and to do some Come and join us stumping, as promised previously in some earlier videos.
If you WANT to meet Tony & myself in person, as I mention in this video, drop me a private message here in you tube with your REAL name and REAL e-mail address and I'll send you an e-mail from evite that has the information about the festival date and the address for the Baptist church that is literally NEXT DOOR to the festival grounds itself.

The actual physical address that is provided on this page in the directions is for the Harveysburg police department, by the way, (I googled the directions after I shot this video, so that's how I know what is actually AT that address, by the way!!)

This is a very fun event held just outside Waynesville, Ohio, in Warren County, Ohio, (SW part of the state) just off I-71 on SR Ohio 73. We had a great time. I nice day out for everyone. And check out the great walking staff that I scored. Any incidental music heard was just ambient sound at the event and no copyright is claimed, obviously.

Opening speech done by Bethany Jackson.. who is both the President of the Plain City Fall Festival... AND the President of the Plain City Events Committee where I serve as one of the Board of Directors. Bethany is also a personal friend of mine.
Then the Plain City Community Band, led by Frank Reed of Pastime Music and Music In The Park perform the National Anthem... then 1 routine from our local Starlight Twirlers and the video ends with the full concert of Arnett Howard and Friend...Arnett Howard is a Plain City native... and the Class of 1968 from Jonathan Alder High School... and the video closes out with a special presentation by Bethany Jackson and Leslie Perkins... who is Vice President of the Plain City Events Committee and also, like Bethany, a personal friend of mine...and a special gift for our friend, Arnett.

Several Lord Admiral wannabees try to buy a flagship only to run afoul when one of their crew is murdered.
