In the beginning of this video, we take you to the Opera House in Oslo, which was designed by the Norwegian architectural company Snøhetta.
Furthermore, you will get a chance to check out the mood of the city at the head of the Oslo Fjord.
The river Akerselva is a pittoresque river flowing through Oslo from the lake Maridalsvannet and down to the Oslo Fjord. The river is still an important green lung for the citizens of Oslo, and just a quick stroll away you will be in the middle of urban Oslo with the shops, cafeterias and restaurants.
From Wikipedia: Akerselva, or Akerselven, is a river which flows through Oslo. It starts at Maridalsvannet in Oslomarka, and follows the urban areas Nordre Aker, Sagene, Grünerløkka, Oslo centre and Grønland, whereby it finally ends at Paulsenkaien and Oset in Bjørvika. The river is considered to be a part of the Nordmarkvassdraget, and has the watercourse number 006.Z. The entire river is about 8.2 kilometres long, and has a difference in altitude of approximately 149 meters. Earlier, the river gave power to numerous industry companies in Oslo. Akerselven is Oslo’s green lung”; many parks and nature trails are to be found by its path, from Grønland to Maridalsvannet. A walk from along Akerselven from the rural Frysja down through the different parts of Oslo all the way down to the city centre is an amazing experience and a walk through the history of Oslo.Salmon run and spawn in the upper part of the river
Find out more about Akerselva here:
Later on, the video takes you to the beautiful little street Telthusbakken, lying nearby Akerselva.
From Wikipedia: Telthusbakken is a narrow street located in Oslo, in the borough of St. Hanshaugen. Almost all buildings along the street are old and traditional wooden houses, many from the period around 1815 when deeds were issued for the properties. During the 16th century, the street which is now Telthusbakken was part of the main road passing the Old Aker Church, from east to west of Oslo and further across to the west coast. Sitting on top of the Telthusbakken hill, Old Aker Church was built around 1080 and is the oldest building still in use in Oslo. The name Telthusbakken is from a large canvas house that existed around 1700.
Finally, the video takes you to the Oslo Fjord and the ferries and cruiseships that are sailing to Oslo.
We hope you enjoy the video.

1907 Frogner Moravian Church - the very birthplace of Nazism | Quisling, Hauge, Breivik et al.
On Her Majesty's Secret Service | Frogner Moravian Church was designed by the architect Ivar Næss (1878--1936) and built in 1907. The Church's main facade is made of granite, while the secondary facades against courtyards are made of brick. The church is integrated into a row of houses and apartment buildings.
A chapel associated with the church was built in 1937--39 by the architect Johan Meyer. The Gimlehøyden district surrounding the church was built in the years 1916--1925 and designed by architects Harald Hals, Harald Aars and Lorentz Harboe Ree.
Quisling is a term used in reference to fascist and collaborationist political parties and military and paramilitary forces in occupied Allied countries which collaborated with Axis occupiers in World War II, as well as for their members and other collaborators.
The son of a Church of Norway pastor, Quisling blended Christian fundamentals, scientific developments and philosophy into a new theory he called Universism.

The cathedral ruins are a ruin of the former Hamar Cathedral, which was built from 1152 to 1200. Today it is part of the Hedmark Museum, which is located in Hamar. Stylistically, it reminds a lot about Ringsaker Church, Old Aker Church in Oslo and the Nicolai Church on Gran. These churches were built according to the model of the Oslo diocese's oldest main church, Hallvard Cathedral, which today lies as ruins at Oslo square (the cross between Bispegata and Oslo gate) in the Old Town in Oslo.
Hamar Cathedral as Olaf Nordhagen thinks it looked.
The cathedral, like St. Hallvard Cathedral in Oslo, a wooden ship basilica built in a simple Romanesque style. Probably the cathedral has had two west towers and a large central tower. The choir was expanded during the Middle Ages. In 1567, the cathedral was destroyed by the Swedes during the Nordic Seven Years War.
In 1985, the ruins were wrapped in plastic due to frost damage and moisture attack. In order for the audience to see the ruins, in 1998 a glass building was built around the ruins, which protects against the weather and wind. The building constituted the Ministry of the Environment's largest single investment in cultural preservation so far. It was opened by Crown Prince Haakon on August 9, 1998.
The glass building was designed by the architects Lund & Slaatto. It has a ground area of 2600 m2, and the steel structure includes a total of 4800 m2 of glass. The project received the Norwegian Steel Construction Award in 1999 and in the autumn of 2005, the glass building was awarded the FIABCI's (The International Real Estate Federation) Norwegian Department's special award for outstanding architecture.
The glass construction cost DKK 76 million.
DKK 10 million was donated by the American Thomas J. Perkins whose late wife grew up near the ruins. During the opening ceremony in 1998, he revealed a memorial plaque about Gerd Thune-Ellefsen Perkins. Six million were gathered by the people of Hedmark.
The new building has been named Hamardomen. In addition to serving as a building guard, it is also used for ecclesiastical ceremonies such as christening and weddings and for hosting concerts, theater performances and the like for up to 800 spectators.

⨁ Hauges Brødrevenner E 14 «Stay Behind» Norway's best kept military secret ☢ YHWH יהוה Alter of Akershus Castle Church -- Kingdom Hall -- Jehovah's Witnesses believe Jesus died on a single upright post rather than the traditional cross. They emphasize the use of God's name, and they prefer the form Jehovah—a vocalization of God's name based on the Tetragrammaton.
They believe that Jehovah is the only true God, the creator of all things, and the Universal Sovereign. They believe that all worship should be directed toward him, and that he is not part of a Trinity;[175] consequently, the group places more emphasis on God than on Christ.[176][177] They believe that the Holy Spirit is God's applied power or active force, rather than a person.[178][179]
Jesus
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is God's only direct creation, that everything else was created through Christ by means of God's power, and that the initial unassisted act of creation uniquely identifies Jesus as God's only-begotten Son.[180] Jesus served as a redeemer and a ransom sacrifice to pay for the sins of humanity.
Satan
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Satan was originally a perfect angel who developed feelings of self-importance and craved worship.
Jehovah's Witnesses teach that Satan and his demons were cast down to earth from heaven after October 1, 1914,[187] at which point the end times began. They believe that Satan is the ruler of the current world order,[186] that human society is influenced and misled by Satan and his demons, and that they are a cause of human suffering.
Life after death
Jehovah's Witnesses believe death is a state of non-existence with no consciousness.
Jehovah's Witnesses abstain from eating blood and from blood transfusions based on Acts 15:19–21.
YHWH יהוה Alter of Akershus Castle Church -- Yahwism was the historic worship of Yahweh in the ancient Israelite kingdoms of Judah and Israel (Samaria), and thus the primitive, formative stages of Judaism. Despite modern Judaism and Yahwism both being the veneration of Yahweh, the distinctions between the two belief systems are quite clear. Unlike the religions that would descend from it, Yahwism was characterized by henotheism/monolatrism, which recognized Yahweh as the national god of Israel,[3] but nevertheless allowed belief in (though not necessarily worship of) other gods of ancient Semitic religion, such as Baal, Moloch, Asherah, and Astarte.
Yahweh[Notes 1] was the national god of the kingdoms of Israel (Samaria) and Judah with origins reaching at least to the early Iron Age and apparently to the Late Bronze.[1]

Hauge i 1948.
Hemmeligholdelsen av «Stay Behind»-gruppene ble vanskeliggjort i Norge i 1978, ettersom våpenlageret hos Hans Otto Meyer da ble oppdaget i forbindelse med en politietterforskning.
Seksjon for spesiell innhenting [rediger]
