Old Bardstown Village, Kentucky
You can see Bardstown Village after you buy a ticket to see all museums in Bardstown. Homes and buildings are representing approx 1700 and are from areas of the state. I think this is a must see place when you go visit Bardstown. All buildings seem so small
Exceptional Experience: Civil War
Experience the early days of Bardstown's history at The Old Bardstown Village: A hands-on, historically accurate rendition of what life was like in the arly days of the pioneers. Cabins originally built roughly 200 years ago have been moved and assumbled in the village to recreate this late 18th century frontier town. See for yourself what pioneer life was all about in Bardstown. And just next door to the village on museum row is the Bardstown Civil War Museum: One of the four most important civil war museums in the nation. The museum features artifacts that focus on both the war's conflicts among the western states, and the role women played in the war. While you're in town, you'll also want to explore Wickland, home of three governors, originally constructed in 1825, and the old county jail, first opening in 1819, and now serves as a bed and breakfast for welcome visitors. Don't miss this exceptional experience, where history comes to life.
Wildlife Museum Bardstown Kentucky

Old Cabin Sites from The Suwannee Springs Resort
In the late 1800's this area was the site of a popular resort at Suwannee Springs. Along the way they build cabins for the guests and you can still find a few standing in the woods here. In this area all I found was remains from the cabins that once stood here. Mostly brick piles and metal pieces. I actually found 4 sites just in this section. You can visit Suwannee Springs today and explore around the woods. If you want to learn more on this history check out this site -
