Historic Mackay Mansion - home of Bonanza King John Mackay
Jeff and Sarah tour the historic -- and some say haunted -- Mackay Mansion in Virginia City, Nevada. The 1860 mansion was home to the father of William Randolph Hearst and also to John Mackay, one of the richest men in the world when he died in 1902. Two robbers were killed inside the house when in 1883 they tried to gain access to the vault where gold and silver bullion were stored. This is episode #38 of the YouTube show History Hunters.

DFL Candidates Vie To Replace Sen. Larry Pogemiller
Northeast Minneapolis has been represented by the same state senator for nearly 30 years. That will change next year because Senator Larry Pogemiller has been appointed to be Minnesota's Education Director. The seat is considered a safe one for the DFL, meaning the winner of the December 6th DFL primary is likely to win the special election in January. The five candidates running in the DFL primary answer questions and address the public. The event happened at the Sheridan Magnet School in Minneapolis.
Candidates are: Kari Dziedzic, Jacob Frey, Mohamud Noor, Paul Ostrow and Peter Wagenius

St. Augustine, Florida
St. Augustine (Spanish: San Agustín) is a city in Northeast Florida and the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement and port in the continental United States. The county seat of St. Johns County, it is part of Florida's First Coast region and the Jacksonville metropolitan area. According to the 2010 census, the city population was 12,975. The St. Augustine urban area has a population of 69,173.
San Agustín was founded in September 1565 by Spanish admiral Pedro Menéndez de Avilés, and subsequently served as the capital of Spanish Florida for two hundred years. It remained the capital of East Florida as the territory changed hands between the Spanish and British, and remained the capital of the Florida Territory until it was moved to Tallahassee in 1824. Since the late 19th century, its historical character has made the city a major tourist attraction. It is the headquarters for the Florida National Guard.
