Oman Avenues Mall ( عمان أفنيوز مول) is the largest shopping Mall in Sultanate of Oman.
It Situated at the Heart of Muscat City in Ghobra. Earlier there was only a LuLu Ghobra Branch but now that Lulu Ghobra is a part of Oman Avenues Mall.
This shopping mall is not only a Shopping Mall , it's more than a Mall , You can do Shopping here , dine here and for Amusement Centre is also there for Kids and families knows as Funtazmo.

Muscat - Avenue Mall | مسقط - أفينيو مول - Often referred to as the Lulu Mall, Muscat's newest shopping mall is set to open this April (I think) and it's called The Avenues Mall. The mall has over 700,000 square feet of shop space spread over 3 floors and is bolted on to the existing lulu hypermarket in Ghubra. To put it another way, it's about 25% bigger than Muscat City Centre in terms of shop floor area available.

So it's a big mall then. Probably the biggest one in Oman so far! There is a pretty big multi-level department store planned on the right side of the mall (the opposite side to the Lulu's store) that has a lot of shops listed below in it, I've marked these with a [D] to show that they're all planned for this department store. In addition to the stores listed below, there is also a multi-screen cinema planned for the 2nd floor (the current roof I think) of the existing Lulu's store. I still don't know the franchise for this cinema.
The Avenues's mall is due to open soon - I still don't know exactly when, but perhaps April?

Muscat: Global cinema chain Cinépolis will open its first theatre in Muscat at Oman Avenues Mall in Muscat this weekend.
Cinépolis’ theatre in Muscat will be opened just a few weeks after they opened their Salalah cinema, their first theatre in the country.
