Part 1 of our trip to the Oregon Country Fair 2013. See all the weirdness, costumes, body painting, topless women, parades, and fabulous entertainers that all happen at the fair.
If you've never been to the fair, it's a hippified happening, a tie-dyed extravaganza, where people wear costumes, see live music, eat, etc. all in a lovely forested location. Gotta see it to believe it.

Aaron Baker For Oregon State Representative District 8
It's time to take action, Aaron Baker is running for the Oregon Legislature Assembly, House of Representative District 8. He will need your help to unseat the incumbent, Paul Holvey. You can help by visiting his website at . District 8 is one of the most beautiful and historically rich districts in Oregon. It comprises of many small communities including, Franklin, Cheshire, Alvadore, Elmira, Noti, Walton, Wolf Creek, Lorane, Crow, Veneta, and South Eugene. The district is completely new after redistricting due to the 2010 census. The University of Oregon campus was taken out of the boundary and many square miles of rural country side were added. The district now spans from hwy 36 clear down to the Lane County Douglas County border and comes up along Interstate 5 right on the edge of Cottage Grove and Creswell's city boundaries.

Oregon country fair 2019 Hippie Fest and Boobies!
I was up in Oregon visiting my brother and my sister in-law was actually working at the Oregon Country fair this year, she does the palm reading.
So, I went with her on one of the days.
It was really fun!
I say hippie fest as it was like that. This was their 50th anniversary!
Started in 1969 as a Renaissance but evolved into what they have today.
People pretty much do what they want and dress how they want.
Many women were topless, or had their boobies painted or pasties.
I had to try and not get them on video for Youtube, sorry guys.
There was no alcohol served and signs everywhere, NO DRUGS , even Marijuana....but....You could smell it everywhere.
People were nice, I didn't see any incidents or fights or anything.
It is a Family Event just as long as you are OK with your kids seeing half naked women and men.
There were LOTS of entertainers, food vendors, and crafters selling just about anything. Lot of music and places to dance, learn things like Juggling, Yoga and more.
the place is huge and way out in the middle of nowhere it seems.
Just outside the fair is where you will see many camp sites, a lot of the people that visit or work there actually camp for the few days the fair is going.
This was just a quick highlight of some of the footage I got, all on my GoPro.
