Let's Explore: Mahou Art, Kaiyukan Aquarium, and Tempozan Ferris Wheel!
Heya! This is somewhere Leina and I have been wanting to go pretty much since I first moved to Osaka, so I'm thrilled we finally got to go before I leave Japan! The magical art exhibition at the Culturarium was the best! Oh, and the capybara, of course.

HJL DRONING [2019.02] Dronie from Suntory Museum aka. Osaka Culturarium at Temposan
This building was designed by the world-renowned architect Tadao Ando and was completed in 1994 as the Suntory Museum.
When and why the name changed to the Osaka Culturarium at Temposan is unknown at the time of the post.
Regardless, it is one of his more unique building designs due to its conical main volume and its cladding in stainless steel, both features which are not commonly found in his other buildings.

This video is about looking at Peanut Butter Tomatoes amongst other things while I'm in Arizona but reviewing getting used to my life in Japan. Sometime in August and September I already felt comfortable and tried to do a song and dance called Sōran Bushi(ソーラン節) which my students taught me. I went to an amazing interactive exhibition at the Osaka Culturarium in Tempozan with a new, great friend. Here is some information about the exhibition and it's name in Japanese : 魔法の美術館 見て、ふれて、遊べる体感型アート.
