Simon meets with Amy, one of the tens of thousands of homeless people living in L.A. Unlike others, Amy has chosen a particularly precarious place to settle: inside a train bridge.
Simon Reeve continues his journey through the Americas. In this second leg, Simon is in the United States travelling down the Rocky Mountains from Montana to Colorado. In the wide-open prairies of Montana, the cowboy way of life is under threat from a long-term decline in the rural economy, but Simon meets a former Silicon Valley executive who has envisaged a new future for the land. The hugely ambitious American Prairie Reserve is attempting to turn three million acres of former ranches, farms and public lands into a protected habitat for America’s wildlife, reintroducing iconic species long extinct, including the North American bison. It is a move being welcomed by native American groups still living under the shadow of historical injustice.

Stigmata Miracle - A Man Called Francis
One of the most startling cases of stigmata involves a non-assuming married man from the United States. He seeks no publicity and would prefer a private life. Through his spiritual guide, Fr. Robert Fox, Mary Lou McCall explores the life and healing missions of a man known only as Francis. During his healing mission given to Francis, many have received both spiritual and physical healings. This video allows you a rare opportunity to participate in a live healing service, taped on location in a New Orleans church.
Following the video is a 15 minute audio interview of Francis with Father Fox.

15 march 2013 Martial Law in USA no due process of Law wake up USA - End Times News Update 3-15-13
Published on Mar 9, 2013 - by u2bheavenbound..
15 march 2013 Martial Law in USA no due process of Law wake up USA - End Times News Update 3-15-13 - On the evening of August 31, 2005, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin nominally declared martial law and said that officers didn't have to OBSERVE CIVIL RIGHTS and Miranda rights in stopping the looters. Federal troops were a common sight in New Orleans after Katrina. At one point, as many as 15,000 federal troops and National Guardsmen patrolled the city went door to door confiscating firearms told to shoot to kill if resisted to innocent USA citizens on USA soil with NO constitution of DUE PROCESS. Additionally it has been reported that armed contractors from Blackwater USA assisted in policing the city. watch for yourself here -
On August 26, 2005, in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans was placed under martial law after widespread flooding rendered civil authority ineffective. The state of Louisiana does not have an actual legal construct called martial law, but instead something quite like it: a state of public health emergency. The state of emergency allowed the governor to suspend laws, order evacuations, and limit the sales of items such as alcohol and firearms. The governor's order limited the state of emergency, to end on September 25, 2005, unless terminated sooner.
Contrary to many media reports at the time, martial law was not declared in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, because no such term exists in Louisiana state law. However, a State of Emergency was declared, which does give unique powers to the state government similar to those of martial law.
United States - The martial law concept in the United States is closely tied with the right of habeas corpus, which is in essence the right to a hearing on lawful imprisonment, or more broadly, the supervision of law enforcement by the judiciary. The ability to suspend habeas corpus is often equated with martial law.[citation needed] Article 1, Section 9 of the US Constitution states, The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
At least two American lawmakers have stated on the record that, in their opinion, Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 legalizes or authorizes martial law in the United States. Senator Mark Udall stated These provisions raise serious questions as to who we are as a society and what our Constitution seeks to protect...Section 1031 essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil. Throughout United States history are several examples of the imposition of martial law, aside from that during the Civil War.
There have been many instances of the use of the military within the borders of the United States, The distinction must be made as clear as that between martial law and military justice: deployment of troops does not necessarily mean that the civil courts cannot function, and that is one of the keys, as the Supreme Court noted, to martial law.
The West Virginia Coal Wars (1920-1921), martial law was declared on the state of West Virginia. Army officer removed the constitution did not allow assembly of any kind. If his soldiers found any miners, they immediately took them and imprisoned them. The jails filled up so quickly miners were arrested, jailed, and released without any sort of trial. the military occupation and veritable military dictatorship (Governor Cornwell) of the army officer ended. Many of the miners were not released from jail. It was only the first of three times that federal troops would be called to quiet the miners in the West Virginia Mine War.
Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis.
In full-scale martial law, the highest-ranking military officer would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.
Martial law may be declared in cases of major natural disasters, however most countries use a different legal construct, such as a state of emergency.
Typically, the imposition of martial law accompanies curfews, the suspension of civil law, civil rights, habeas corpus, and the application or extension of military law or military justice to civilians. Civilians defying martial law may be subjected to military tribunal court-martial.

The adventure continues: welcome to episode four of Tour the World! Joining us for the first time? Head over to TourRadar to start the interactive adventure from the very beginning now!
On the last episode, we saw Joan and Jess explore Washington DC, sample moonshine, and line-dance their way through Nashville. There’s no doubt the first leg of their USA journey was one for the books, but this episode is jam-packed with even more epic experiences. So sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride — it’s time for another dose of adventure in the United States!
First up, Joan and Jess head to Memphis, Tennessee, the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll! Starting with a tour through Sun Studios — a famous recording studio that’s welcomed the likes of Elvis and Johnny Cash — they waste no time exploring all the city’s must-see sights. Joan is a huge fan of blues music (did you know he’s a talented musician himself?), so he was beyond thrilled to visit B.B. King’s Blues Club — an iconic restaurant and mecca for music-lovers.
After Memphis, the group makes a pit stop in Louisiana's wetlands for a swamp tour through the bayou! Here, they go in search of alligators and learn all about the local wildlife that calls this diverse ecosystem home.
Next up is New Orleans — a vibrant and dynamic city that’s unlike anywhere else on the planet! Joan and Jess experience every facet of New Orleans. Watch the interactive episode on TourRadar to join all their adventures: from a cruise on the Mississippi River to a ghost tour through the haunted streets of the French Quarter and a guided walk of the gorgeous Garden District. And, of course, they indulge in the city’s world-famous sweet treat: beignets (AKA French-style pastries that are deep-fried to perfection and topped with a heaping scoop of powdered sugar). All of their New Orleans adventures are unforgettable, but a night out on Bourbon Street is a highlight for the whole group!
The USA leg may be coming to an end, but there are still so many incredible adventures to come! Joan and Jess are jetting off to a new continent on the next episode of Tour the World, so be sure to subscribe to our channel and follow along on the rest of the journey. Any guesses as to where they’re headed next? Let us know in the comments!

Inside Look Into The Most Disturbing Security Prisons
These are some of the most dangerous prisons in the world!
Subscribe to our channel:
Most of us will never go to jail – thankfully. In fact, our biggest run-in with the law will likely be encountering a spot check or maybe receiving a speeding ticket. However, there are quite a few people out there who have bigger run-ins with the law. In extreme cases, these individuals find themselves heading to prison. Act especially bad or do something that really gets the attention of the authorities and you can find yourself with a one-way ticket to a maximum security prison. These prisons stand out against the rest because the level of security, isolation and general conditions are extreme. Conditions at these types of prisons vary from country to country. Yet, in the end, no matter where you live, you definitely do not want to find yourself locked up in one of these facilities – and we’ll show you why.

Water Is Life - Eagle and Condor Indigenous Gatherings of Unity and Respect
Unity and Respect for World Water Day. This is part of the ongoing fulfillment of the prophecy of the connection of both the North and South American Indian tribes. This prophecy explains that when the power of the Eagle of the North connects in balance with the spiritual Earth centered Condor of the South, our Earth will then come into balance. It is a process of Coming Together, Coming Back To Center, Unity for All, One Heart. It is all directions returning to a peaceful, loving HEART CENTERED way of being.
For World Water Day- Beginning in March of 2006, the Hopi Indians of North America gathered water from all around the world and ran 1,800 miles to be part of a long awaited spring equinox ceremony at Teotihuacan. They were welcomed by an intercontinental gathering of tribes where they performed the Eagle Dance in front of the Sun Pyramid for the first time in 500 years.
They brought the message that Water is Life and our water should not be privatized to the World Water Forum in Mexico City. Their running is a constant prayer and respect that Water is life.
They exchanged the water they brought with other indigenous tribes and it was carried to Peru and Bolivia for the legendary Mayan staff return at Tiwanaku, with Don Alejandro Cirilo Perez Oxlaj (Wandering Wolf), a thirteenth Generation Quiche Mayan High Priest. The water was returned to Mexico City where the Mexicas had a fire ceremony with a Mayan elder and prepared the four elements (water, fire, air and earth) for a return trip to Hopi.
The Mexicas ran 1,800 miles from Mexico to Hopi with the water, the feminine activating fire, air and earth. The Hopi met the Mexica runners at the US border and ran with them through other sacred lands, they not only brought the 4 elements but also brought the much need rain through Zuni, Navajo and Hopi lands.
For the first time, ever the Hopi allowed for an outside group to dance and conduct ceremony in their sacred second mesa courtyard and allowed it to be recorded. This was a gift. They also were gifted a visit to Prophecy Rock with Hopi elder Martin Gashweseoma where they exchanged similarities and spoke of things to come.
These gatherings continued with the Return Of The Ancestors gathering in Northern Arizona from April 18-28, 2009. The intention was to unite and share the invited wisdom keepers visions and ceremonies for peace and harmony for Mother Earth and all humanity.
It is said that Montezumas treasure would reveal itself in 500 years. This real treasure is the uncovering of the true rich culture and wisdom of the Native American Indians.
*****More about the Eagle and Condor Prophecy
Through out our history in the story telling of our ancient people there is a line that is told from generation to generation without the tellings of old we could not survive as the indigenous people. There was a legend told, a story of the great bird, this today is known as the condor and the most powerful of the native peoples telling, the Eagle. It was said in time there will be a bringing forth to all that is of this creation, of world the Condor will come from the South the Eagle will come from the North and it is said of the two - when they are brought to actual pairing this is now the beginning of what is to be a time of peace.
So in this profound statement of seeing the Condor from the South and the Eagle feather from the North and being bringing forth in time of such an auspicious occasion, a gathering such as this. We know now that this was destiny, this was told in the ancestry and now we have got the ability and the blessing to see the fruition. it is now our responsibility, to know that with this we have responsibility to unfold it in the most appropriate way.
Our people have simply said let heart take lead with this the unfolding shall come into beautiful manifestation.— Ukuala
The Eagle and Condor Prophecy - American Indian Tribes have a prophecy that World Peace will begin with the coming together of the North American Tribes (Eagle) and the South American Tribes (Condor). This occurred on the Spring Equinox in Mexico City with the Hopi, Navajo, Aztec, Mayans and others. The Hopi performed the sacred Eagle dance at Teotihuacan on the Equinox in front of dozens of other tribes and hundreds of thousands in attendance.
The events in Mexico City were blessed by the appearance of an Eagle above the ceremony. The Eagle circled in 6 odd figure eight patterns.
The ongoing fulfillment of the prophecy of the eagle and the condor... when north and south come into balance we will have peace. Head and heart must balance... also our masculine and feminine must balance.
