Jungle Mayhem / Kickstart Dirt Bike Adventures - Cambodia
Sometimes running tours thing don't go to plan. Stefan, Roland & Michael from Germany, joined us on a 3 day jungle adventure from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. We essentially rode the equivalent in hours of 3 days in the first day, riding for 19 hours so we cut the tour short on Day 3.
The last 30km of Jungle was in such bad condition it took us 15 hours to complete. For more info on this insane trip read the full RIDE REPORT here:
Needless to say we definitely left this one with memories to last a lifetime! :) Thanks for the ride guys!

BEAUTIFUL Road Trip/View from Phonm Penh - Preah Vihear - Siem Reap | I HEART CAMBODIA Episode 3
Hello, everyone! This is the start of my 3-day journey to visit Angkor Wat and Siem Reap Province. Originally, we planned to go there straight away but then we decided to go to Preah Vihear Province first and then back to Siem Reap. It took us the whole day to travel but totally worth it. Phnom Penh city to Preah Vihear town centre is around 420 Km and from Preah Vihear to Siem Reap is another 240- 250 Km. The scenery was breathtaking. We drove through thick and thin jungles; and a lot new towns. It was so beautiful to drive through and looked at all the nature on the sides of the road. In the next episode, it will be purely in Siem Reap. Like and subscribe for more videos. Follow me on IG @tovnadavid Kpop reaction channel Have a good day!

Cambodian Village Ice Lollies Bicycle Business
One of the hundreds of varied bicycle businesses you will see in Cambodia. This man supports his family by working in the rice fields when work is available. Otherwise, he rides through the villages, ringing the bell on his bicycle, resulting in many children running out to buy one of his delicious Ice Lollies. He takes the ice block from the cooler on the back of his bicycle, shaves off ice with the planer fastened to the frame of his bicycle, places the shaved ice in a metal form, inserts a bamboo stick and pours on one of the many flavors of fruit syrup he carries on his bicycle. He sells each treat for 300 riel - about 8 cents each! Here you see Sopheany from the Cambodian Red Cross enjoy her Ice Lolly. Taken by Lisa McCoy & Pauline Johns on location for A Mine Free World Foundation. You can support a landmine survivor in rural Cambodia with their own self-sustaining business, see: aminefreeworld.org

MOST SACRED Of Cambodia ( ភ្នំគូលែន - Phnom Kulen) ????????
This video is about the full-day adventure and unexpected things happened to us at the most sacred mountain in Cambodia, Phnom Kulen (Khmer: ភ្នំគូលែន)
About Siem Reap, Cambodia :
Siem Reap, a resort town in northwestern Cambodia, is the gateway to the ruins of Angkor, the seat of the Khmer kingdom from the 9th–15th centuries. Angkor’s vast complex of intricate stone buildings includes preserved Angkor Wat, the main temple, which is pictured on Cambodia’s flag. Giant, mysterious faces are carved into the Bayon Temple at Angkor Thom.
(SOURCE : GOOGLE.COM/DESTINATION)
About Kullen Mountain :
Phnom Kulen has major symbolic importance for Cambodia as the birthplace of the ancient Khmer Empire, There is a sanctuary in the area, Phnom Kulen National Park, straddling the districts of Svay Leu and Va Rin. Its purpose is recreational and scientific in order to preserve the natural scenic features of Phnom Kulen mountain, like some famous waterfalls. Phnom Kulen is considered a holy mountain in Cambodia, of special religious significance to Hindus and Buddhists who come to the mountain in pilgrimage. The park is located about 48 km to the north of the provincial town of Siem Reap.
The attraction we visited in Kulen mountain includes:
1. Kulen Waterfalls
2. Preah Ang Thom
This is the main temple site at Kulen Mountain, Preah Ang Thom houses a large statue of Buddha. It was built in the 16th century and is eight metres high. Preah Ang Thom is the sacred and worshipping god for Kulen Mountain.
3. Srah Damrei
Srah Damrei, or Elephant Pond, is an area filled with stone-carved animals. This ancient Khmer sculpture is also accompanied by a couple of lions and remnants of some other animals. This is a very rewarding sight and worth trekking off the beaten path.

Things to do in Cambodia | Top Attractions Travel Guide
Few countries have left more of an impression upon me than Cambodia. I've now visited four times and each and every time I had a completely different experience. I learned what I loved and what I disliked about the country. In particular, I became fond of cities such as Siem Reap and Battambang whereas I found Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville to be less appealing. The shining star attraction I could never get enough of was the Temples of Angkor. Cambodia is a country with a tragic past; however, the future appears to be brighter as it becomes more frequented by tourists every year.

The following is a list of the top things to do while traveling in Cambodia with an emphasis on the top attractions in this travel guide:
1) Angkor Wat! Visiting Cambodia and not going to Angkor Wat is the equivalent of a traveler going to Peru and not checking out Machu Picchu. As the largest religious structure in the world you'll be amazed at it sheer size!
2) One of the more quirky attractions in Cambodia is the Bamboo Train in Battambang. For a small fee you can hop on a bamboo platform and race across rickety old rail tracks. With the wind in your hair you might - once or twice - wonder about the safety of the experience.
3) Khmer cuisine is delightfully delicious and learning how to make it is surprisingly affordable compared to the costs of cooking classes in many neighboring countries. We tried our hand at making Amok, a fish in a coconut curry base, and Lok Lak, tender beef strips in a thick sauce.
4) Trying traditional Cambodian food. We had a big platter of different Khmer delights in the heart of Siem Reap. It's worth it just to dig right in and enjoy!
5) To learn more about the tragic history of Cambodia a visit to Choeung Ek, also known as the Killing Fields, is a must. The brutal Khmer Rouge regime executed 1 in 4 of its population with many being tortured and killed here - eventually being discarded in mass graves.
6) To enjoy Khmer arts and performances I'd highly recommend a traditional Apsara show. The performance consists of several parts including a folk dance, folk music and mime.
7) Want to feel happy inside? How about trying a happy pizza in Siem Reap? Not long ago, these special Khmer pizzas featured marijuana as a topping. Nowadays, it is just spices and herbs. A pizza pie won't cost you a fortune.
8) In Phnom Penh, one of the main tourist attractions is the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum formerly known as S-21. What was once a primary school became converted into a detention, interrogation and torture center for the Khmer Rouge. An estimated 20,000 died here between 1975 and 1978. The evil man behind all of this was Pol Pot.
10) One of my favorite temples, aside from Angkor Wat, is Bayon located in Angkor Thom. At these ruins, you'll notice many cold faces that offer a hint of a smile. If you're good at counting try to spot the 216 faces that exist!
11) The local circus in Battambang supports a great cause while offering an entertaining show. Run by an NGO helping out disadvantaged children the performances are spectacular. What was great to hear is that some of the most talented performances.
12) If you must have beach time I suppose you could consider Sihanoukville.
13) If you wake up early enough and head straight to Banteay Srei you may just have the entire temple to yourself. That's exactly what happened to us as we were the first to arrive.
14) While visiting the temples of Angkor chances are you'll hear traditional Khmer music. Many of the performers playing traditional Cambodian music are landmine victims.
15) Have you ever watched the movie Tomb Raider before? If you have you'll notice Ta Prohm. This is where nature dominates architecture.
16) Taking a bus in Cambodia is never dull. Just look outside of your window and you'll be treated to stunning scenery and automobiles that don't exist elsewhere.
17) When visiting Cambodia be sure to check out the rural countryside. We took a countryside tour of Battambang where we got to see how certain foods are prepared and we even got to try eating insects! They tasted yummy!

Cambodia Travel Part 6: Banteay Srei Lady Temple in Siem Reap
Banteay Srei is a Hindu temple built in the 12th century. The local people call it Lady Temple because it was built of red sandstone; the stone turns pink color in the sun. The temple is covered with elaborate decorative wall carvings. Music: Amazed by Lonestar.

Tuk-Tuk Auto Rickshaw ride around Phnom Penh, Cambodia (City and countryside tour)
Phnom Penh is a bustling city with urban sprawl extending far from the city center. Without a lot of public transportation options, the best (and most fun) way to get around town is to hire a tuk-tuk for the day. A one day tour around the city and Killing Fields should cost no more than $12-15. The traffic levels can at times get insane - only other mega cities in South East such as Bangkok and Saigon can compete. One thing that is fascinating is just how diverse the modes of transportation you'll find on the road. Everything from bicycles to makeshift tractors ply the streets at any given moment creating a symphony of chaos. As always, we recommend starting your tour / ride early as you'll be dealing with less hustle and bustle along with less heat and humidity.

Walkabout in Siem Reap
This is my video from my recent trip to Siem Reap, more famous for Angkor Wat , than the town itself. I have been to Angkor before and this was purely a getaway break and relax.
This gave me time to relax and enjoy the ambience of Siem Reap itself.
Siem Reap is one of those places that caters to every taste. It’s difficult to get bored in this ever-evolving city. The variety of cuisine, accommodation, shopping, modes of transport, and daily activities is quite astonishing for what is actually a relatively small – and new – city on the edge of the Tonle Sap lake.
Whether it’s enjoy sipping a coffee and people-watching in the town, taking a quad bike out into the countryside, or bargaining for silks and silver in the burgeoning markets, there are plenty of reasons to extend a stay after becoming “templed out”.
The central shopping and restaurant area is concentrated around the south of the city near the Old Market. Nearly every week a new bar, boutique, massage spa, or restaurant seems to open; such is the pace of development.
What can seem a sleepy town by day (because everyone is at the temples) is teeming with people in high season after sunset, with tuktuks and motos jostling for space on the small streets.
Perhaps the most famous street in town is Pub Street – no guesses where the name comes from. Dominated by two night clubs – Temple Club and Angkor What?, it is lined with bars and restaurants, and is the go-to place for travellers looking for a large night out.
For those who prefer a quieter evening, the adjoining alleys are host to a myriad of smaller, idiosyncratic establishments – many of which are just as quaint to explore in the day time as at night.

Road to Stung Trong
It is just one section of Cambodia's national road from Phnom Penh to Stung Trang. A friend of mine said, The countryside dust is a pure dust.
