BRISTOL FOR PALESTINE
THE SPARROW
We had a great group gathering today outside the BBC studio. The group was small but the passion was running high. Farooq Saddique was called out of the blue to give a speech. Busharat Ali Khan has a habit of picking people out of the crowd and handing them the mic
Farooq Saddique gave a very simple but an extremely relevant talk today. Please listen to his talk and you will understand where I'm coming from. You see that sparrow in that story was not just trying to put out the molten coal upon which the Prophet Ibrahim stood, what he was also doing was acting against the INJUSTICE that he saw against anther living creation. And thats exactly it...when we witness INJUSTICE being committed against our fellow man and today we are witnessing some of the worse atrocities imaginable in Palestine, it awakens our very soul. When humanity is subjected to torture and oppression of the extreme kind, where the lives of women and children have no value, the soul of mankind itself awakens...thats why race or religion boundaries become irrelevant and all of mankind rise together against the oppression. This week we have visited leaders of all faiths. Sikh Temples, Hindu Mundars, and Masjids and spoke directly with them .. we were met with open arms and given their full support. The teachings of Respectable Baba Guru Nanik , Ghandi, and all the Prophets in the Holy Bible and the Holy Quran shared the same message.. DO JUSTICE to FELLOW MANKIND.
the level of our whole civilization rest upon it.
It a message the world has forgotten!
Perhaps we need to go back to the basic.
Respect to Farooq Saddique.
May there be Peace in Palestine.

Banksy art trip in Bristol
Skin

1947–48 Civil War In Mandatory Palestine
The '''1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine''' was the first phase of the 1948 Palestine war. It broke out after the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted a resolution on 29 November 1947 recommending the adoption of the Partition Plan for Palestine. During the civil war, the Jewish and Arab communities of Palestine clashed ( the latter supported by the Arab Liberation Army ) while the British, who had the obligation to maintain order, organized their withdrawal and intervened only on an occasional basis.
