Paracas Mystery (General Context) - Misterio Paracas en Perú (Contexto General)
A bilingual (Spanish-English) interview made by researcher Giorgio Piacenza to Mr. Juan Navarro Hierro, who inherited Paracas remnants & artifacts and now directs the Paracas History Museum which currently (as of June, 2014) preserves the only available exhibit about the Paracas Culture in the town of Paracas, Perú. This first part is a general overview about the museum's context and the secon part shows more some of the artifacts, including several deformed skulls some of which seem to have unique NATURAL characteristics suggestive of an unknown race of individuals that settled in this location possibly 2500-3000 years ago and intermingled with the indigenous population.
IF that is correct, perhaps the Paracas inhabitants subsequently tried to maintain the unique physical traits by deforming their skulls. The museum is not in the normal circuit tour and was even robbed but it is imperative to preserve these artifacts and biological remnants and to conduct proper anatomical and genetic research which might shed light on the apparently/allegedly anomalous origin of these ancient inhabitants.
Interesting, creative research needing further clarification was conducted by a team that includes Mr. Brien Foerster and Mr. LA Marzulli. IF the presence by individuals from an unknown race really took place (and without discarding any possibilities) it would be best not to limit its origins to those that are being called Anunaki and-or Nephilim.
This research needs to be continued, amplified, contrasted and replicated by creatively open-minded scientists capable of neutral, honest, objective analyses for truth's sake.

Paracas Skulls: NORMAL BRAIN VOLUME
I asked Mr. Juan Carlos Arroyo Navarro (grandson of Mr. Juan Navarro Hierro and current owner of the Paracas History Museum) to show me what could be the largest skull in the museum's collection. And I asked him to help me measure its cranial capacity (where the brain fits inside).
I found our that the volume in cubic centimeters was within the normal range. I also measured the cranial capacity of another of the larger skull whose sagittal suture was basically unnoticeable (this is a normal occurrence in some persons, sometimes with age). The results were basically the same, or within the normal range. Both skulls had about 1300 cc using a direct method.
The largest skull also had an interior cranial capacity within the normal range using a direct method, but a larger measurement (although still within human limits) using an indirect craniometric method of taking linear measurements of length, width, height.
Pseudo anomalies have been mentioned by some researchers who think that the parietal fossa (holes) are unique of the Paracas people and their elongated skulls but that is not correct. Normal skulls have them as well. This makes me doubt about other such claims.
To conclude, in relation to my initial research pertaining to brain volume, I don't deny the possibility of genuine anomalies or unique characteristics but, to say that the Paracas skulls are those of physical giants based on appearance and internal volume/brain capacity would be not correct.
Other characteristics perhaps found in the Paracas skulls, such as the alleged initial findings of genetic haplo groups that otherwise occur in the area of the Black Sea and Crimea in Europe might be correct but need to be studied by more scientific teams. Also, shape and position of the foramen magnus as seen insome Paracas skulls might be anomalous (in the sense of being part to a different sub-species of human) or it may simply be an adaptation to the shape and weight distributions resulting from artificial elongation.

PARACAS Skulls: Anomalous or not?
Brain capacity in cubic centimeters of 2 largest skulls tested in previous examinations: Normal (Within normal Range). Parietal Fossa or Foramen: Normal. The extra Inca bone on the back of the head: Normal (part of the Native American populations, not only the Nazca). The DNA tests if properly done may be revealing a population that arrived from Europe but this has to be re-examined by other professionals, especially if there have been mistaken observations regarding details like the Parietal Fossa and Inca Bone. The weight of the skulls varies according to the bone thickness, soft tissue content, sex, size and other factors.
Some claims have been made that at least some of the Paracas elongated skulls are representatives or descendants of a unique subspecies of humans and even descendants from Nephilim.
Based on DNA analysis of maternal haplo groups some conceive of the possibility that an older population came from an area around Crimea and the Black Sea and/or other parts of Europe.
I don't categorically deny there might be something unique to be discovered about these skulls but did notice what appear to be misperceptions by some researchers regarding associated anomalies. While I'm not a medical anthropologist or a physical anthropologist, these misperceptions make me doubt about how adequate other forms of research (like DNA research) have been performed.
I hope that more scientists (especially local Peruvian ones) care to verify if the research thus far conducted by a team that came with Mr. Brien Foerster has been adequate.
After befriending Mr. Juan Navarro Hierro (now deceased) and visiting the Paracas History Museum many times, I noticed how foreigners come to Perú, conduct research or simple observations and create expectations worldwide while local scientists do not respond or verify if the research done is adequate. Thus, I decided as a concerned citizen to take a closer look at some of the samples.
For instance, in a previous research visit, I measured linearly and directly how much brain volume the largest specimens could hold and found them to be within a normal range...thus not the skulls of giants.
I also found that small holes called parietal fossa are a normal feature of human skulls and that an extra skull bone plate is common in pre-Hispanic, indigenous populations. However, these details had been mentioned as anomalous by others associated with previous research.
When the skulls are photographed from a certain angle they seem to be larger than what they are in person. The skull's height can be impressive but also narrow dolichocephalous forms add up to within a normal range cranial capacity volumes while weights may vary with bone thickness, dryness and other factors.
Definitely, the Paracas skulls require more scientific research and more qualified research than mine.
In this video, I measure the weight of two elongated skulls and of one normal skull.

No where is the evidence so strong that a technologically advanced culture existed on Earth in our ancient past, and in many cases evidence here may point to possible extraterrestrial influences.
