Fly with Park City Balloon Adventures August 2015: This was my very first hot air balloon ride! I loved it! It is magically to float with the clouds in the sky. We went by van to Heber City and watched as the team set up our balloon. We had a gorgeous day and were powered by propane. I was surprised how loud the sound of the gas for the balloon was. We were 8880 feet in the air. I highly recommend Park City Balloon Adventures! Lisa

We went to Park City for the famous REDBULL 400. In this race, runners run up the olympic ski jumps trying to make it to the top. There were over 700 runners, and Spencer (Tessea's brother) got top 70 overall. It was super fun to watch!

EXTREME TUBING at Olympic Park in Park City, UT

I went on a beautiful Saturday at 1pm and only waited about 15 minutes for each ride. Skip the lift hill and hike up - it'll save you about an hour per ride.
In case you're wondering, you start at the top of the landing hill, so you start below the actual jump. K64 and K90 refer to the distance (in meters) from the jump (our starting point) to that horizontal red line - 64 meters or 90 meters from the jump, respectively - the spot where skiers are anticipated to land.
The first one (K64) is fun. But the K90 is substantially more exciting. It's a lot faster. You can probably tell by my reaction after each ride. So if you go, definitely do the K90 as your second ride.

Grand Canyon Hot Air Balloon Flight 10/23/2016
On October 23, 2016, hot air balloon pilots Jon Radowski of Apex Balloons, Taylor Aldous, Steve Campbell and Dwayne Osborne each piloted their balloons across the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Few balloonists have attempted this crossing, with an estimated two dozen in history to ever have completed a Grand Canyon crossing.
This two-hour adventure flight covered approximately 45 miles across the widest part of the Canyon, from Grand Canyon National Park Airport near the South Rim, and ended to the east near Arizona Highway 89 northwest of Tuba City. All four balloons landed within roughly a half-mile of each other on the same dirt road for easy recovery. What a flight!

Just two weeks after finishing the Wasatch 100 Craig Lloyd attempted to run the adjusted course of The North Face Endurance Challenge in Park City, Utah. Unfortunately, after two laps and 27 miles his legs were still hurting too much from the previous race to keep going.

Amy and Eric Go For A Balloon Ride
Amy and Eric got up early Labor Day morning to go for a balloon ride over the Park City area. The winds were very light so it took over an hour to travel the approx. 4 miles from Park City to Kimball Junction.
