Serbia: Fans march through Belgrade ahead of Red Star-Partizan derby
Thousands of football fans went to the Rajko Mitic stadium in Belgrade on Thursday to watch the final match for the Serbian Cup between FC Red Star and FC Partizan.
Hundreds of police officers, including cavalry, police dogs, Special Forces and gendarmerie were deployed at the spot.
FC Partizan fans gathered in front of the nearby Partizan stadium and from there, marched to Red Star's Rajko Mitic stadium with huge police forces preventing them to clash with Red Star fans. They lit flares and sung songs about Partizan.
FC Red Star fans arrived individually to their stadium. There were no clashes between two teams.

Dozens of Partizan Belgrade fans clashed with police in front of Belgrade's Red Star Stadium on Saturday, one hour before the derby between Red Star and Partizan kicked off.

Serbia: Heavy police presence in Belgrade as Partizan and Red Star fans gear up for derby
Police were out in force in central Belgrade on Sunday, in the lead up to the fierce city derby between FC Partizan and FC Red Star at the JNA stadium.
Local media report that there have been several clashes between fans of both teams, including a major one 15 km (9 miles) from the venue where the match was due to take place.
Tempers flared inside the stadium as well, where the Red Star fans — also known as 'the Delije' — clashed with a riot police squad on the visitors' stand.
The match ended up with a 2-0 win for FC Partizan, much to the delight of their fans, also known as 'the Gravediggers.'

Partisan Belgrade fans (Grobari) at a Champions League qualifying game against Fenerbahce of Turkey, at home in Belgrade. Partisan went 2-0 up but the game ended a 2-2 draw.
Red Star Belgrade Win Serbian Derby, Rival Partizan Fans Set Stadium On Fire [VIDEO]
Premier League Football 'Red Star vs. Partizan' fans set Fire to Rival's Stadium in Serbia, Soccer fire A soccer game in Belgrade, Serbia went up in flames, partially, thanks to some irresponsible fans who decided to start several fires yesterday.
Red Star Belgrade was leading Partizan Belgrade 1-0 early in the second half of the soccer match.
That's when some Partizan Belgrade fans decided to light several fires on concrete terraces in parts of the stadium, reports WorldSoccerTalk.com (video below).
Eventually, the smoke became so thick that referee Milorad Mazic stopped the game at Red Star's Marakana stadium, notes Reuters.
Two firetrucks soon arrived to shoot water up into the stands, while fans cheered and danced around the fires.
Apparently, the stadium has a long history of crowd trouble and there is an intense rivalry between the two teams.
Ultimately, the fire made no difference and the Partizan fans' destruction was for naught as Red Star Belgrade held on to win 1-0.

Soccer fans in Serbia took passion to another level Saturday, setting fire to the stadium during the Eternal Derby between Red Star Belgrade and Partizan Belgrade.
Fans began to stir when Red Star took a 1-0 lead in the match between Belgrades two big clubs, throwing flares onto the pitch and then setting bonfires in the stands. The match was stopped at one point, when a firetruck came onto the field in a futile attempt to put out the fires and smoke enveloped the stadium.
Eventually, the smoke cleared, the fires were extinguished and Red Star managed to hold on for the win.
