FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS- VLOG DAY 1
The last weekend of July, my grandmother, mother, cousin, 2nd cousin, and I drove down to Fredericksburg, Texas. Fredericksburg is an old German town with a bunch of cute shops, restaurants, and different activities to do.
When we arrived we stopped at Wheeler's, a German/American restaurant for lunch. Then we went to find the rental house we were staying at, Das Fritz House. Bed and breakfasts are very popular in this town. After that we went to some of the shops, Dooley's and The Christmas Store. We ended the night with dinner at an Italian restaurant, Pasta Bella.

Over the weekend we took a drive out to explore the Wildseed Farms in Fredericksburg, TX. It was fascinating to watch them harvest the seeds from their flower fields.
Wildseed Farms is the nation's largest working wildflower farm with over 200 acres!
We definitely look forward to going out again next spring!

On October 26, 2012, The Sonoma County Beginning Farmers and Ranchers Development Program hears a talk from Paul Vossen of the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE). Paul's talk covers information on tree fruit and berry production. Paul also takes us on a tour of the Shone Farm Olive Orchard. Topics covered include: basic land evaluation, water and climate, soil assessment, dry farming, irrigation, apples, wine grapes, vegetables, rooting depth, berries, hops, apple varieties, organic production.

Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong 2011 set a record breaking attendance of 12,107 which is a +7.4% growth yet maintained excellent quality in terms of high level establishments and seniority of job titles. Owners and F&B Directors of the most prominent restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, cafes as well as executive chefs, sommeliers and wine buyers attended over the three days.
In 2002 we began a journey, armed with the belief that Hong Kong and Macau needed an event at which to come together on an annual basis to meet, share ideas, source new products and be inspired to produce even better restaurant experience for their dinners.
The Journey has at times been a bumpy ride, through SARS in 2003 and the global financial crisis in 2008 we have had our challenges and yet through it all the support of the industry has remained strong. Next year will be our 10th anniversary and to recognise this milestone we would like to invite you all to participate in the RESTAURANT & BAR BIG CELEBRATION next September!

Michelle and Zach's big day was gorgeous. Zach was so handsome in his gray suit and Michelle was rocking her peony bouquet. It was the perfect addition to this beautiful barn wedding. We cried as they said “I do” in front of the most beautiful willow tree. After dinner, we took the couple out to the pond for some golden hour shots. It was a GOOD day!
